Works great half the time. All kinds of errors, frequent disconnects, lag over mobile or wifi. Great for going slow, extremely unreliable for trying to catch something in the moment. I wish there was a better solution. Edit in response: I am not always using the internet, I am frequently using my own wifi from device to device. It also has problems if using the internet.

this is a good app... the only constructive criticism I have is when searching for videos (especially past videos) it's very tedious. scroll bar near the bottom that is on the current day and hour..you hold down and swipe through every hour of each day until you reach desired time/date. should be a search feature where one could just plug the date and time in and it automatically goes to that time. it's the same way with the software for the NVR and PC, very annoying... 5 stars if changed

I like the app. Sometimes our system goes offline and have to unplug the system to reset. A little inconvenient since location is an hour away. If it would not go offline, I would rate higher. My previous comment on update is wrong. The update is okay and working on my phone.

Everything was basically ok until the update. It totally reset the cloud access and can no longer access the system until I am back to the location. No warning about updates possible failure, so now I can not get information from the system. Really really unhappy with everything.

Really slow to load, stops at 19% then times out. Very annoying when you want to quickly look at the front door or driveway cameras and it takes 5 minutes. And yes I've updated the app and forced it to stop.

Installed SCW Go app today on a Samsung S10 connected to our company's wireless network and everything I've tried works fine. Used manual add with QR code to add Imperial NVR. Real time video from 6 cameras loads quickly, recorded video is easy to access by scrolling or picking date from calender. PTZ controls worked and camera went back on patrol after 60 seconds as configured. Can change displayed camera substream to reduce bandwidth required.

This is my doggie's day camp facility. They have the best staff out of all the other places in town, by far! They have some cool machine that cleans & disenfects all the surfaces the pups cam get their little paws on. I wanted to give less stars because 3/4 of the times when I get on the cameras they usually aren't working, thays the only negative thing I have on this amazing facility, thanks guys!!!
