I have a Samsung Note 8, and the everything works fine on the app, except scheduling appointments. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times over at least the past month ... it will not accept the dates and times that I attempt to input. This is pretty significant, since appointment scheduling is a major part of what we all do during the day! I am then forced to use the desktop version of RM to schedule appointments, but a bit burdensome on the phone screen. Any thoughts?

Great to have my desktop on the road, HOWEVER when listening to the podcasts i can not rewind, FF, etc. Also, the app often has problems even when I'm not using it not it it open on my phone and a window pops up that the app is "erroring". I have to force the app closed. I DO have the current version downloaded on my Samsung 7s Edge.

The app on my phone crashes more than it works. It is srustrating when I'm busy and just want to track activities when I have the time and it's fresh in my mind. I left this system for this reason. Thought 3 years later it would have improved.

May 2020. I'm frustrated at this app. The desktop functionality works perfectly but for some time now the app continues to freeze and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn't work. Please fix when you can

Constant crashes! I heard it was better, but still sticks down battery and crashed all the time. Now, I just go to the full website thru my browser...but found out I can't map pop bys that way. So, I'll try app AGAIN, but I'm not hopeful.

As others have noted, I can't open this app even after uninstalling and re-installing. Long time Buffini & Company client and this is disappointing. Will contact my sales rep to hopefully help expedite the needed fixes. UPDATE: After reinstalling and clearing both the cache and app data it is now opening and working for now.

Buffinificent! If you have done any training with Brian Buffini, you may be interested in tracking (and improving) your calls, notes and popbys. It has plenty of other features of course. Map your route and it will show you potential popbys in the area. It will remind you who to contact next. Good stuff. Get it.

Can't even open. I have the Samsung S23 and after downloading the app it just will not open. Even after uninstalling and re-installing. I have waited for an hour, fully charged the phone, anything I can think of to make a difference.
