Unable to receive otp via mobile number. Useless app

Provides very little benefit to user. 1. Can't copy and paste text like membership or reservation numbers 2. Can't contact hotel 3. Can't screen shot pages 4. Customer service has been replaced with QR codes 5. 60 seconds to retrieve verification number from an email to access details in the app is not enough time at least there are no ads in the app 👍🏾

Lousy app. I cant log in after key in verification code. And after follow the instruction log in using another option, still not able to sign in after keyin the verification code. Even after i have done the updates version. Problem are the dame. There isnt anyway to reach out to or file in the complaint.

Terrible offers. Unable to use the vouchers for room upgrade if the number of vouchers is not the same with the number of your room nights reservation. I have 3 vouchers for room upgrade, and to stay for 6 nights, yet I'm not allowed to use the 3 vouchers to upgrade my 3 nights stay. There are no specific terms mentioned about this.

It's been a hassle trying to login. Not friendly and when I keyed my birth date wrongly, I am not even able to change it in my profile. Very silly app. Plus point is it's easy to book room and view promo.
