This was initially convenient, until they botched three separate orders in a row (sent someone else's random birthday and congratulations cards to the people I was trying to thank). It was a tedious and slow process to get a refund (still working on it) and to get the correct card sent. Waiting to see if they botch it again. I can't trust this app anymore and am looking for alternatives.

Everything was great except for at checkout it was impossible to use the PayPal option. It would take you to PayPal of course but then when you hit "continue and review order" and it takes you back to ink cards a message pops up saying "Your card was saved but not ordered." With the only options to either start over or continue. No button to complete order with PayPal.

Just ok. The card I ordered was cute, but the only Reason I did it, is because I got a discount through tmobile. I checked out some of the 'customizable' gifts, and the ability to really make adjustments, live, in the app, for the item isn't there. If you are using your own pics, sometimes they are from pro photographers, and need to be adjusted. This app does not support that. When places like zazzle have doing this for over a decade, you would think an app like this would have better Feature.

I don't know why I'm having so many issues this time around, but I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to get through the loading screen. I've checked my wifi and my 5G data, nothing wrong with them. It only works after I delete and re-download. It's, quite frankly, annoying and tedious! Now, it won't leave the loading screen even after I did all of this, I just want to track my card!!!

Nice features with card selections, fonts, signature, and A.I. help with the inscription. Not easy to use from a cellphone, however, for parts. Ex) I wanted to create several different cards in one purchase, but couldn't figure out how to do so. Also, the 'go back' feature is frustrating. Maybe the app would be better on a p.c.

This app suuuucks. It makes you use an email to log in/sign up but it's stuck in a perpetually loading cycle. It refuses to move past that screen, and you can't place an order without an account Update: Lol the website is also a damn joke. I can't even contact them because when click "send message" I get an error message. Such a waste of time 😂

I used the app to send postcards. It was good while it worked. All of a sudden I got an error message (9998) when trying to complete an order for a postcard. I contact Chat for help and I was told that they can't help with declined transactions and that I need to contact my bank institution. I was using a credit card and no message of a decline. I already tried uninstalling and re-installing the app and logging out and logging back in to the account, but didn't work.

Update: looks like the app was fixed, within half a day. I can now get on. Thank you for the prompt fix 😊. App is user-friendly and I was able to order a card easily. $2.00 for a customizable classic card with options for photos on the front is a decent deal. App doesnt work. Won't load. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, no difference.
