#--- Not Good UI / experience ---# Compared to other SIM apps in the market, Skitto app feels like from 1900s. The app needs to be updated with lot more features and activity history. App sometime causes freeze/ sudden close off issue. Also, Skitto should add more data offer and customized data packages and data validity. The price for data are already higher than other sim companies. I have complained of this officially as well. People will lose interest using Skitto if this goes on.

What is going on this app from today? Suddenly it poped up a notification that, "app needs to be updated" & I clicked on "update app". As soon as, I clicked on " update app" it goes to the play store & there's nothing to be updated. It's repeating same cycle. For this cause, this app can't be used from today onwards... There’s nothing from the supporting team to be clear about the problem. This is absolutely ridiculous from the skitto management. I hope this will solve as soon as possible.

The app interface is horrible. The data price is higher than any other platform and can't open the app always prompt a update. But after clicking the update it forcefully take to playstore but the app is already updated. Frustrating sim in this business.

It is showing to update the application but when I navigate to playstore to upate it’s not getting updated. As a result I am not able to use the application. I would say fix the bug ASAP.

Why I'm to able to enter my app, this sim and app is becoming disgusting day by day, when I want to enter the app it tell me to update and if I click the update. bottom there is no update available. I uninstall the app and then install it again, but still have not find any solution, besides their network speed is also getting cheap day by day and price of internet rate is too much high... Totally disgusting...

Recently there was a update coming but when we want to update it couldn't update this process is very annoying when we using this,also we can't get inside the app without updating so I hope you will fix it as soon as possible because for that update we face lots of problems.
