Good app, especially the live dashboard. My suggestion would be to make a version for android tvs. This will not only allow the users to have the dashboard displayed all the time at main areas of the house but also a great marketing for all the visitors and guests of the house since its sparts curiosity and interest. Goodluck!

The lay out of the application is nice and easy to understand but I think more improvement is needed for even more easier user interface and important information in the dashboard 0lus it would help if you could design a help page for legends and relevant information for new users as it's not that easy for fresh beginners to skyelectic app. Overall it's a helping app but more things can improve.

The app is not good in reflecting daily / weekly / monthly / annual production vs. consumption or export in terms of absolute numbers. Graphs shown are not such good use and understandable. Also monthly report calculations being done on standard tariff to reflect higher saving whereas export unit are being cashed at a much lower tariff.

The app just doesn't work. I contacted the support and they were responsive and assured me that they will take care of it but then chickened out and never respond, even after reminders. Really disappointed. Edit: Do you think I haven't done your suggested steps yet? You're suggestions doesn't work either.

Does not generate pop up notifications from last 2 years. Informed 100 times to NOC dept but not resolved. During grid outage/ critical battery level and back on grid, no pop up notification is generated and we end up having full black out during summers.

App is great but sometimes buggy on different versions of Android. NOC doesn't always monitor the system and customer has to remind vendor to perform quarterly maintenance for which I'm paying extra yearly service charges.

Even after updating the app to version 7.1, the notification problem is not yet resolved. No notification is received even when the application is running on the screen and you switch off the grid manually unless otherwise you tap on the notification bell icon.
