I have had numerous issues with this app over the years, including things like automaticly overcharging my card to create credits on the account, and not being able to access the account due to password requirements that an old password didn't meet but wouldn't let me log in to change it. The most recent was an obnoxious amount of hoops to change an email. I will say their customer service did get the issues fixed, so there's one positive.

This app does not function. No matter how good my service or wifi is, I am unable to place orders. First I can't get it to actually respond to my selections, it loads slower than anything, and then I finally manage to get my order together only for it to say there is an issue with my order and to try again or try another store. This happens for every location in my area, at all hours of the day. I have rewards I can't use because the app won't let me use them.

I was using it for quite a while but it now refuses to believe my email address is an email address. I use a Gmail address that includes a + to allow for easy tracking and unique addresses per vendor. That's one heck of a big fail on Zaxby's software vendor. It doesn't matter how good or convenient the rest of the app is if it's going to make it's own definition of what an email address is.

App won't apply free reward, and in store they won't honor it. Also, checkout is frustrating because there's no asap option for ordering certain items, so you go through the whole process then it cancels transaction because a new pick up time has to get chosen. I'll just use the chikfila or raisin caines app instead... less annoying and at least my free items wind up being free

App poorly designed as it is confusing because most other restaurant apps allow discount or promo codes to be used at the time of checkout. My online order was confusing because it charged me full price when the promo was a BOGO. When I complained about being towards full price they said I would have to call the online people and ask for a refund if I wanted to cancel my order. And we looking at the app that shows that you have to click on a small ad to apply the promo first.

App needs an update asap. There are a lot of fast food restaurants with rewards and deals that ACTUALLY work. I ended up eating there instead because their app is much easier to use and actually works. Consider getting a team that specializes in this. I backtracked on ordering from here 5-8 times, which could have been easy revenue for Zaxby's.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. It is plagued with issues that have affected me in every way possible. I'e had mobile orders that I placed that the store never received. I had orders that never added rewards points to my total. There's certain items that you cannot order on the app, but are perfectly capable of ordering in-store (such as traditional wings without doing an entire meal). And now, the app has failed so spectacularly that all of my rewards points have disappeared. This app is TOTAL TRASH!!!!!!

It won't process payments. My credit card works just fine in person and in most other fast food apps, but not with Zaxby's. I don't receive any notification from my credit card that a payment was declined, so it must be something on their end. Zaxby's can't even process their own gift cards! I've asked support for help and they can't figure it out.
