Great way for me to keep caught up on my tool wants/needs. I get a need, I check the app and save the tool to my wishlist and then call my tool saleswoman to order the tool. wish that there was a way to link my wishlist directly to my saleswoman to make the order process easier

The app is almost convenient. It's good that you can look up the prices of tools, but I would rather use the app to look up my balance and link it with my bank account. I'd like to be able to put more towards my credit account here n there when my budget allows it with the click of a button instead of waiting for the truck.

App is garbage. Won't allow me to log in and use the app. I've been in touch with Snap On and they are helpless as well. For a company that touts premium products and prestige reputation, I'd be ashamed to roll out something as basic as an app and not have it work FLAWLESSLY for all users. Imagine the revenue this could generate if they actually put some functionality behind it? No shopping cart, no prices.. stuff in the catalog that's not on the website etc. What are they thinking?? Insane.

This app and the Snap-on website used to let you look at a set of tools and would tell you all the individual part numbers in that set. Please bring back that capability. It was really handy when ordering tools to be able to know which tool out of the set is the part number I need to order.

Won't let me Log Into the App my login works just fine on snapon website but the App says wrong email and or password it's kinda Useless to me of I can't even log in and it wants me to change my password but my password works fine on the website and all my scan tools so frustrating I can't use the app

I expected prices and some kind of ordering mechanism a shopping basket etc but the app is literally just a catalogue advertising the product and not showing prices or ways to order. Useless app to put it simply very disappointing from a company as large as snap on
