A half-baked, poorly tested app. After the initial installation it takes you to a page that requests:name/email etc. It didn't like my email (invalid) but offered no way to even "Cancel" from the page. I finally forced an exit from the app and re-entered it. This time, no page asking for name/email (??weird), but it did ask for Location permission,which I gave it. It took me to a map of my location on a page WITH NO BUTTONS, NO MENU... So, once again I'm stuck on a page with no way to leave

Nearly impossible to set a custom pickup location, the app kicks you out of the pickup field or freezes entirely. This means it's impossible to schedule a Prime pickup when your bus drops you off at a transit station, and you have to wait 20-30 minutes for your ride. You should be able to enter the number of the bus you're on so a Prime can be timed to pick you up when you arrive at the station.

Horrible app, extremely poor! Vague, unintuitive, non-user friendly interface. Trying to plan a trip, SW Prime Eden Prairie to Mpls airport, put those two in and confirm location it keeps saying 'We couldn't find a trip between these locations that fits the current settings.' You're supposed to be able to schedule a park and fly trip from there up to 14 days in advance and it's impossible to do as the app is so incredibly bad, cheap, completely awful! This app is so poor it's basically useless!

App experience has greatly improved. I use this service to get to and from work almost every weekday, so I'd say it's pretty reliable. I manually type in the address where I want to be picked up so I don't need to rely on GPS accuracy.

App is worthless. There is no way to schedule a ride in advance to the airport. This ride service is excellent but you have to call to get a ride to MSP airport. Drivers and appointment takers are great and you can't beat the price just don't bother with this app.

When you first make the ride it shows you how much time it will take but it's always the ones that are the furthest away and it would take like an hour to get wherever you need and also takes forever to change the to the drivers that a re closest to you but overall the drivers are really nice

Much improved interface compared to previous web based one. One less star for not being able to choose starting point instead of using current gps location.

With the last update the ride numbers don't show up on the bottom of the map screen. After the last app update on Mar 11, 2024 the ride numbers are showing up again on the bottom of the map screen. Not sure if the app was the issue or the ride service.
