They ruined a perfectly good app with the update a few weeks back. It takes much longer to enter round data with the course view (and no benefits from the course view that I see), you cannot edit your shots so if you make a mistake on a hole you have to delete back to the mistake, and stats like par and shot totals are not accurate. Like another user mentioned, they don't respond to my emails. Crazy experience, can't see why a company would release an app without testing it then ghost users.

This was a great app before the update. It was a bit dated looking but everything was straight forward. I can't even post rounds right now because they can't sync my account. Paid for 6 months, only got 4 months of use. Will be going to another platform next golf season

After the update to the new version, I've decided to stop using the app. Going from a quick entry on yardages and lie to needing to drop a pin for each of my shots is a huge pain. Instead of leaving my phone in the cart or tracking my shots on a scorecard and entering them later, I need to have my phone on me at all times. That's a deal breaker.

Absolutely terrible. Was such an amazing easy app to use to record stroke gained data. Now it's un usable and so hard to record the data anybody wants from this app. Will not be resubscribing!!! Shocking don't waste your money. Please go back to the old system

Bizarre update that removes the manual round entry which is what the whole premise of the app was. Not usable in it's current format.....won't be resubscribing. Very disappointed as it was a great app and easy to use.

Was my favorite golf app until most recent update removed simplicity and ease of use. I've switched to a different stats tracking app until they offer a legacy mode or revert back.

Used the app successfully for 6 years but the upgrade and poor customer service response are leading to this poor review. I wish someone with Golfmetrics would respond to the multiple requests for help.

Unfortunately the updated app removed the functionality I liked best from the old app. The classic data entry and the reports. New app seems buggy and I had problems logging in.
