Not fit for purpose. Both the app and the Soar Point in Leicester. App wouldn't allow me to select a topping for the wings so basically it's broken. Tried to order over the bar but two of the party of three told their choice was unavailable. We're going to a competent pub, never to return here.

Pointless.. Doesn't sync with mixr app for points. Mixr number? No options exist, is that the phone number? Still a badly made, complicated app, not intuitive. Staff seem unsure too

Absolutely rubbish. There's actually no option to add anything to your basket. What is the actual point of this app?

Wow, this is a bad app. Tried to order a pizza, app lets you do everything except actually add it to your basket. Went to the bar, even the staff said the app was rubbish and told me not to bother. I ordered at the bar using my mouth, ears and debit card instead. Despite that, I gave it benefit of doubt and order a second beer instead of going to the bar. This proved to be a mistake after the drink failed to arrive after 15 minutes and I had to go fetch it myself.

Shocking. Takes for forever to load anything. And when it comes to payment, make sure you've got an absolute age to waste as it takes that long to decide to anything, I felt myself getting older. On top of that, the payment system doesn't work when trying to order to your table. Tried 4 different payment options, only for all 4 to be 'unsuccessful' for literally no reason what so ever. Ended up going up to the bar like a mere peasant and ordering from there. Waste of time, just like this review.

App is terrible. It's so slow. I can't even manage to log into it. Just keep getting that spinning loading symbol constantly! When you have a promotion that can only be used on the app, make an app that works. Otherwise, there's no point. I have zero faith going to your pubs if this is how you run things.
