Hi, I'm having trouble with the videocall and transferring money to my fiance. If I switch on the camera, the camera automatically on the backside of my phone turns on, I can't find any button to switch the other side to the front where I can see my screen. Also I can't deposit/transfer any money, if I filled in for example a $30 and go at the green button, then it says error.im not familiar with this app, and also am from Europe. Customer service never responds (I've been waiting for them to mail me back since October which is 7 months ago and I have mailed weekly from three different e-mail adresses), app malfunctions all the time, problems occur daily, logging into their website is not possible at all (refers to customer service which does not respond). GTL makes billions over the backs of the incarcerated and their families and they cannot even have a decent working product, shame on them!

Can not even make an deposit. How can i talk with somebody if i can not make an deposit. I try to get contact with the service desk but nothing.

Still not working. Contacted the customer service months ago, several times, but no response what so ever. Sent ID copies and everything, but still not GTL verified. They took my deposit and after that I can't log in. Keep getting the error telling me I can contact customer service, but since they never respond there's not much I can do.

This app is over complicated when compared to what it's supposed to do while being highly unstable. Its crazy expensive. It's best compared with Twitter only you have to pay 25 cent per message.

Many things needs to be improved for this 'service' where we have to pay for everything, so far it's really a bad 'service'. I still can't verify my telnr since it's 'international', also can't upload pictures for quite a while now, only can take a instant picture.
