Solid and reliable. I placed multiple orders, both for delivery and pickup. Glitch free. It serves up a barcode that gets scanned by the clerk, to fetch your waiting order. I'll be surprised if this is some stock, off the shelf, storefront. It looks to be a custom designed, well tested, reliable app.

Super buggy when trying to add more than one of a single item type. If I try to add a second bottle of anything to my cart after selecting it, the screen pops up for like a half second and then disappears again. Came here because I thought there might be an update that solved that, but nope. Please feel free to reach out to me, Support, for a video screenshot or better explanation. I'm on a Samsung S24+ with newest app version.

4/14/2021 Love This App 10/4/2024. I used to love this app. However, it is very glitchy now. I have created lists of my favorite things, but all of a sudden, I can't access my lists. At 1st, it was only certain lists I couldn't see, but now they won't pull up at all. Yes, I'm using the latest version, I checked for updates before this review. Please fix this.

Can't control font size. Filters don't function correctly. Times out constantly. Takes several minutes to process the order leaving me wondering if I'm going to be double charged. Unable to change from pick up to delivery seamlessly. ABC, lukens, Costco, Publix all have a better user experience in their app.

My app does not give me the deals. Recently there was a 20% coupon on 9 or more and I only found out because I went into the store to make a purchase and saw the promo. The employee told me to look in the app and while I could see local deals, there was no way to use it. They did help me in store and gave me the discount at the register.

why offer specials to people in states where they aren't allowed? you have our address and preferred store listed in the app. you should be able to delete those coupons or specials that aren't allowed in our state. Not doing do is false advertising.

Doesn't open when you open outside of the United States looking to add items to your shopping cart. Just freezes and does nothing. Bad app design. If you don't want us to use it, then give an error message!!! You could just block making orders. Gave my business to Bevmo instead... Thanks!!!

Doesn't make sense when ordering online and the taxes aren't included to the $14.99 threshold.. My order came out to be $14.98 and with taxes it was over $16... It kept saying I need .01 cent to complete the order.. Total wine needs to fix this on their end and not having to hassle customers to pay more just for an online order
