RESERVEREN - Open de Hui-app en selecteer de locatie, datum en tijd voor uw
reservering. Bekijk vervolgens beschikbare voertuigen bij u in de buurt.
RIJDEN - Tijdens een actieve reservering wordt uw smartphone uw digitale sleutel om het voertuig te ontgrendelen en te vergrendelen. Druk om te beginnen en je bent vertrokken!
RETOUR - Parkeer uw voertuig op de gereserveerde plek op de stationslocatie waar u het heeft opgehaald. Vergrendel het voertuig en beëindig uw reservering. Uw account zal
automatisch gefactureerd voor de geboekte tijd.

Terrible customer service. I booked a Hui Car on discount and they canceled my booking on the day off and claim it was my banks error. Bank denied this claim and said they never declined any transaction. Hui Reps said that if I book the car again, they will reimburse my difference. They NEVER reimbursed me despite multiple emails. Very unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

Pretty good design and they send text notification reminders but buggy and I need to often reset my app to unlock the car.

I had great hopes for the updated app. I hate to say that the new app is even worse than the old one. Harder to use, more complicated, less flexible. Why can't they just replicate the other car-sharing apps, which work so much better?! --- Great idea, but buggy app. I started using Zipcar in 2005 & then Car2Go before moving here, & in comparison the Drive Hui app is frustrating to use.

App will not allow me to upload pictures and hence, cannot finish creating the account. The app will go to the camera screen and take a picture, however, once I click "ok" it just wipes all the other data I entered and does not include the picture just taken. Furthermore, the manner in which you enter the date of expiration/birth date is really inconvenient and unnecessary. you should not have to tap through every month of every year to enter them. Just make it able to type the dates in, PLEASE!

Really enjoyed the ability to quickly rent a car for a few hours, without paying exorbitant amounts to run a few short errands. Only one small suggestion. Any chance of getting a second Hui car located at Pearl Highlands again? There's only one car there, and it seems to be pretty impossible lately to get an available time slot. I can understand why the second car was removed during the pandemic, but if the first car is really busy, perhaps a second car could be added?

It's really hard to filter cars by time in this app - if I want to rent a car from 9am-2:30pm, I have to click through each location, scroll through to set the time, and check availability. If there are no cars available, then I need to click on a different location, RE-SELECT the time 😩 (because the app resets to a 30min rental slot) and repeat. And then do this for every car rental location. I don't care how far the car is, I want to know where the rental period I want is available!!

The search function is an absolute nightmare to use, I completely lost interest in looking for a rental after spending 10 minutes scrolling through the times in the search bar over and over again for the 100th time... Not to mention cars are always not available in town, not enough options. Please update app so the search date/times stop getting reset. Also it is quite annoying to keep having to scroll through the ENTIRE DAY'S worth of times just to get the one you want, just let us type it in.
