Location issues. Unable to access the menu nor many features unless I allow access to my location. For privacy I do not allow location beyond "only this time." I know exactly where the restaurant is but TS wants to track me. Not going to happen. Most apps allow you to give a zip code in lieu of location access. I hope they'll do likewise.

What happened to the Tropical Smoothie app? It's TERRIBLE. It's been a few months or so since I used it, but today I was making my order and noticed there too many items in my cart. I was unable to edit or even see my cart. I tried everything to change and submit my order - nothing workec. I finally had to place my order at the counter, while I Uninstalled, shut my phone off and reinstalled the app. This did NOT FIX the problem. Please help!

Points not being added after placing an order through the app. I had to contact support to receive points for my last 4 orders. Then support gave me additional points for the inconvenience, but those points were not added to my account. All points show earned in my account history, but aren't showing under my available points, therefore, I can't use the points I earned towards purchases. It's how's 0 points when I should have at least 1800. Smh!

I've used this app for many years and never had any problems with it; however it has now deleted all of my rewards points and will not add new ones. My account history shows that each of my purchases is earning points, and based on the last time I redeemed them, I should have at least 416, but instead I have 0, and it will not increase when I make new purchases. I have not been able to get a response from customer support.

Recently tried to use the promo for Tropic Fan Fest a few days back, app overcharged me by 16$ at checkout even saying "rewards failed to load". Went to the store to get a refund and was told they do not offer it in the store and that the promo did not work in the area. Contacted support to find out what happened and have not heard anything back from the restaurant regarding refund. App should be looked into regarding getting rewards from points because I have never been able to redeem.

why does it need improved location access? not gonna happen. let people input zip code and find the location instead of forcing them to share their location data to the precision of needing to turn on Wi-Fi scanning for improved location. fix this or it's 1 Star.

There's no way to leave instructions for your order, like to put the sauce on the side. Please consider updating this. And you can't use rewards as part of a meal, so you can't get your side free unless you add another side separately. Your rewards program sucks, none of the offers ever apply to what I order.

Love the smoothies; especially the healthy smoothies without sugar. I've also tried the breakfast wrap with Feta and Spinach, I like that as well. You can also order ahead of time and walk in and pick up your order without waiting in line.
