Wat is er nieuw
Dit is onze belangrijkste update sinds de lancering van de TYPE S LED-app. Met deze update kunt u nu Google Assistant gebruiken om uw TYPE S Smart LED Kits te bedienen. U kunt tijdens het rijden verlichting aan/uit zetten en uw favoriete presets selecteren, zonder naar uw telefoon te kijken. Alle TYPE S Smart LED-producten werken met "Hey, Google ...". Daarnaast voegen we ook Photo Match toe aan de LED Color Selector. Gebruik de camera van je telefoon om een kleur te selecteren en de TYPE S LED-app zal het matchen!

Met de Type S LED-app kunt u uw Type S Smart Lighting-producten bedienen en aanpassen voor personalisatie in de auto en thuis. Kies uit 49 kleuren en unieke verlichtingsmodi, waaronder stroboscoop, muziek, vervagen en meer. Maak en bewaar tot 10 voorinstellingen voor speciale gelegenheden, stel de helderheid en lichteffectsnelheid naar wens in. Type S LED vereist Bluetooth 4.0 en hoger.

The last version was a little basic and somewhat clunky but this new one seems set up well. From there this new version is downhill, it insists on knowing my location whenever I am using the app. Another thing it was even accessing my phone app... why? I removed the apps permissions, and now it is saying "Functionality limited" because I am not allowing my location and it says the app will not be able to connect properly.THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY! They had no problem connecting with the last version.

It is simple to install and user friendly, Did lack color intensity I was somewhat expecting! Seems to be very well made! But I have not really tested yet for its Reliability in the field. nice wiring harness . Would like to see a wiring harness extension that allow you to reap other benefits of owning the light. Simply a more flexible and applicable. Would like to have had a old school switch for simply on / off --- hi/ lol Etc. And free up phone ; I don't always take mine every where I am.

Horrible, no control after the first week. Absolutely do not buy these interior lights! The box is "frozen" and wont turn off with the button or the app and is stuck on 2 different colors that I dont like/have never chose. If I had control of the light I would like them, but having no control makes them almost useless. Waste of money in my opinion for sure!

Yeah, I'd say the app is junk, considering I just installed it (and reinstalled it), but can't get past the warning that it doesn't have access to location information. It's my music & photos it doesn't have access to. And why would I grant that permission - it doesn't need to have that level of access in order to turn some lights on. My guess is that's why I'm getting the other error message. Will most likely just run the lights off a 5V power supply & toss the rest.

Do not recommend. Smart LED starter kit has to be the most expensive and fragile kit you can buy. No adheasive prep or swabs included with kit. Even with a clean sealing surface the double sided tape cant hold an led strip. The extension cable falls right out of the led strips so dont place them in a hard to reach area. The app is hard to use for simple led lighting. For whatever reason this app needs your location. So youre running location and bluetooth which kills your battery life. Just run.

Led strips turn off by themselves after 10 seconds and it's not a bad battery ad I have a new deep cycle battery. Another issue is corroding inside the led strips. I have just had to replace one. They are unsuitable for undercarriage. There is no help for this issue and appears to be a common problem. Maybe it's an app problem. Waste of money atm

My issue is separate from what everyone else is having. For those having a strip flashing and another strip staying solid with a different color, check the zones in the app. Long press on one of them and select "select multiple ", and then tap the zones you want to group. If you are having an issue with a strip not coming on, look at the different zones in the app, and if any are grayed out, that means that zone is off. Simply tap on it to turn it back on.

The app needs work big time. Take too long to connect and if the phone screen goes to sleep or if you where to get a call the app looses the connection and have to restart. I have 2 other led products not made by stype and apps work very will quick connect and stay connected until you say to disconnect. As for the product it's self its great. Plenty of colors and different styles. Could be a little brighter but does well for where it's placed.
