Terrible chat today. Tried to make a purchase with PayPal and it was charged but no confirmation of an actual order. Tried many times, it kept coming back as not completed. Was told to try 3 hours later. Asked if the app was down, they didn't know. Said try 3 hours later. So came back to try and my cart is cleared. Always have had a good experience with the app. Hopefully the charges drop off.

This app is terrible. Not only does it get stuck unable to load regularly, but it glitches so that you'll place an order, get charged, and the order doesn't actually go through! No confirmation number, and nothing in purchase history. Customer service sticks to a script and is completely useless. They'll tell you to wait 3-5 days, and will not attempt to actually look anything up. But don't worry! They'll take your money and your points and you get nothing:) Will just stick to Sephora.

The app is awful and has been awful for a while. The pages load so slow if they even load at all. I haven't been able to buy anything off the app in months because I keep getting an error message with my ulta card and the shipping. I tried to call customer service, and they said it was my fault for trying to submit the payment multiple time but couldn't tell me why it messed up in the first place. It has now been a month since that first incident, and I'm still receiving the same error message.

Two free with purchase items were removed from my cart while I was preparing to place my order. The phone reps are very polite and helpful, but said that the promotional items must be out of stock. 30 minutes later, they are still listed on the app. Ulta should have the technology to give customers a warning that promotional items are running low and will be removed from the cart unless order is completed in a reasonable time, like 10 minutes. I'm very disappointed, but othewise enjoy the app.

Don't use this app if you want to "favorite " things or use your wishlist. When you tap the heart next to a product nothing happens. Also by default your wishlist shows you the oldest items you've liked first, and you can't sort it. So when I open my wishlist I see things I favorited like six years ago and I have to scroll for several minutes to get to the new stuff. And this isn't just a glitch, it's been this way a very long time. Please fix it.

The only useful thing about this app is to check my point balance. It use to be a decent app like 4/5 years ago but I kinda quit buying so much makeup and deleted the app. I recently got back into makeup and redownloaded the app. I cannot stand this thing. It autocorrects my searches, it constantly shows me brands that sound like a word generator made them up, and is impossible to see if my local store has the item I searched.

Very user friendly, well laid out, and easy to navigate your way through Ulta's site. All discounts, coupons & sales are easy to find, as well as your Ulta rewards. I appreciate how ALMOST every product has a detailed description, lists the ingredients, if the product is scented or not, and what it smells like. The app is very reliable, I've used it for several years and never experienced an app crash.

glitchy... dislike that there are limits to how many items you can add to your favorites and to your shopping basket. I was adding gifts and all kinda of things recently to prepare for a large purchase and credit card application, but once I hit 50 items and tried to add another, my entire basket emptied and started over with the next item I added. Hours of time spent reviewing family & friends' wish lists, comparing products wasted.
