STAY AWAY!! Had a terrible experience with Vacasa while staying at their property. Their service is incredibly inefficient. The rental was not clean, and basic essentials like heat were not functioning. When I reported issues, they refused to fix them promptly, only responding during business hours. Even worse, they declined to refund me or move me to a different property. If you encounter problems at night, you’re stuck until morning, with no options but to leave and lose your money.

Avoid using Vacasa managed properties where possible. Technically the app works well. It's the company that is the problem. Booked a rental that was not usable and they simply refuse to refund it. I have stayed at places "managed" by them that were good in the past but will not be gambling on that again.

It has comfortable beds, pretty clean. The front wall in the living room the wall paper is coming off and down the hallway. The electrical plug ins in the master bedroom the plug ins under the window shoots fire if you try to plug something into to them, and the one by the door the cord just falls out, it wouldn't stay plugged in. Vacasa said the owners are aware and getting ready to do some updating. Nice place other than that.

Inconsiderate crooks! Hurricane helene tore down every bridge and road around us making it impossible to travel and our homes were damaged. Would not refund. I will never use vacasa again!

Was supposed to stay aug 6 - 10. It was canceled because of hurricane debby. absolutely no refund and very slow customer service. Think i should get a refund since it was out of my control. $850.00 down the drain. Just like stealing. I should have read the reviews before booking.

Terrible experience in my rental. I was on the phone with them at least daily to address something. I just hit 60 Airbnb stays and 6 VRBO's. Never will do Vacasa again. They didn't even publish my 1 star review of the property I stayed at. What a joke!
