Download de app om de verbindingen met uw Wi-Fi-thuisnetwerk te controleren en de internetverbinding te beheren, waar u ook bent. Open de Helix Fi-app op een mobiel apparaat en volg de instructies. Zij begeleiden u bij het eerste gebruik van de applicatie. Het is makkelijk!
INTERESSANTE EIGENSCHAPPEN
• Eenvoudige identificatie van apparaten die op uw netwerk zijn aangesloten dankzij de mogelijkheid om ze te hernoemen. Bovendien informeert de app je over nieuwe verbindingen. Hiermee kunt u indien nodig onmiddellijk de toegang van een apparaat of gebruiker tot uw Wi-Fi-netwerk afsluiten.
• Toezicht op internetgebruik van aangemaakte gebruikersprofielen. Met de Helix Fi-app kunt u de inhoud waaraan uw kinderen worden blootgesteld beter controleren en de concentratie of slaap bevorderen door de internettoegangsperioden te beheren.

Somehow, the latest app release doesn't show up-to-date details of connected devices. Newly added devices just won't show, and there aren't any successful way to update the list you see in the app. Tried clearing app cache, singing out and in again, clearing app data, uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm still getting lost that was last updated in July of this here. Highly frustrating!

This app is awful, it doesn't get latest information from your router properly nor push changes made in the app to the router. Which wouldn't be the worst if the router still allowed you to make update within it via LAN connection. But no, most features are blocked and must be accessed through this God awful app. Videotron, fix your broken app or stop blocking features on the router itself via LAN access. This is beyond frustrating

Trying to setup Helix and the app login is completely broken and can't. First "this site can't be reached" message, while on Videotron wifi. I connect through cellular instead, then make it to Helix site, but "une erreur est survenue". Then try again, phone gets stuck in an infinite loop with a web view getting opened then closed. I used to be with one of their competitors and it was plug-and-play, whereas this feels like every (first!) step is bugged.

You shouldn't have to use an app to have full control and configure your home router it is not safe and goes against best practices in security. This is the worst idea since Windows Recall. You should have full control over your router to configure it via a safe RJ45 cable point. Not an app where there could already be a Man-in-the-Middle attack. Shame on you.

What do you mean I have to use this app to manage my own WiFi settings??? This is absurd. I can't use my desktop, which is physically connected to the modem to manage it, but I can use my phone to access my settings and Videotron account from anywhere in the world without a password???? This is the opposite of secure and completely ludicrous. Now I understand why this service was so much cheaper than TekSavvy.

unreliable, signal lost repeatedly without explanation. regret going fully wireless as now I need to get pods to maintain a steady signal at an additional cost which wasn't told to me at moment of acquiring this product

I like it but twice someone came to redo my wires outside and twice they told they would come back and redo all it and never came back sometimes I loose connection specially while I'm working not how much longer I will keep it might go to Bell see if they have better service at least I'll get better wires not piece here and there

Can't open the app. When I try to log in, it keeps opening and closing a browser page on infinite loop.
