The floor plans generally turn out quite well, with few corrections needed. Overall accuracy has been quite good recently. Use a device with LiDAR for best results. You get three fix requests with each floor plan at no additional charge. Plans are usually returned by the next morning (occasionally much later in the day), and fix requests usually between a few hours and a day. There are occasional bugs in the app, which the company is usually quick to address. Tech support is very responsive.

Used to be the best app until they started charging more for 'large properties.' They now include EVERYTHING to try and make the area size larger by incorporating phantom spaces you dont even want scanned. Transitioning from a house to a garage? - the 3 foot wide, 15 foot long path is now 30 feet wide and 60 feet long. Accidentally point the camera at the sky? - yep theyll include that too, probably. But you get my point. Charging extra for a 'large property' is just a disgusting cash grab.

Nice idea, but the accuracy is terrible. Measurements are often off by several inches and total sq footage is way off, usually lower than an official appraisal. I've had some properties off by more than 150 sq feet on a 1200 sq foot house. I will give it two stars instead of one because it does a decent job of building a floor plan. Just don't depend on it for proper measurements. In response to Developer. Not enough details? Measurements aren't very accurate. What other details do you need?

So unreliable. Scan fails nearly every time. Need to rescan a property 2 or 3 times. Updates cause older phones to overheat so you're up for a new phone also. Nearly faster to measure by hand if having to scan 3x.

Great when it works, torture when there are issues. I am using a Google pixel 6 which talks great pictures in most lighting, yet when the floor color is similar to the walls the app fails to track. When this happens a few times it just dumps out and goes back to the start, so you have to scan the whole thing again. Today it was 3rd time lucky on a large property, never again.

This is my 2nd review. This is a product I use daily for work, and while the app continues to look better, it also continues to work worse. I just updated to the most recent patch and none of my orders will load on mobile. The website works fine but thay doesn't help me much when I'm in the field. I can still start a scan but not download any of my previous orders. It wpuld be nice if they ensured the apps basic and core features were working properly before going for a looks overhaul

I am a Real Estate Photographer and I have always wanted to add floor plans to my services, but at what cost? I tried using other apps, but they were so time consuming that it wasn't worth adding the product to my portfolio. CubiCasa is super simple, and gives back a beautiful product! Turnaround time was quick and my clients were pleased! There is nothing more to be said!

New update requires you to repeatedly press the microphone and wait while it tries to figure out what you're saying. So I have to stop in the middle of each room, click on the screen, say the room name, wait for it to "think", click again on the matching suggestion, and then continue walking. Also I tried to do a continuous scan with an external structure. The app took a dump and erased the whole video. So "scanning external structures" is NOT working as claimed.
