This app start from a good idea, unfortunately the business model is not efficient. There is nothing between an expensive premium option and a free one. The automatic renewal of the contract is also bad. The company should give the possibility for example to pay 50€ / month and let the contract expires if not renewed. I would have considered this app with this option. It might then happen I like it and buy a longer subscription, but with the current model I am very doubtful.

Stay away from this app! They claim that they invest lots of money to provide a good app and good services for their customers, but it's not true, app always has problem and crushes. Not a lot of option to find a partner (which is clear, people aren't interested into waste their money on this app anymore). They steal your money. You are losing your current customers and with this policy of paying for a whole year without any cancelation option, you will lose possible new costumers.

The payment model is really shady. First of all you can only subscribe for 12 months. Premium basic is useless you need to get at least premium plus. So the idea is that you will need to app after a year as you will not find what you search for. Also every second day you get the personal offer to get the sub 40-60% off. The prices even with 60% are more expensive than the others. I hope nobody bought it with the original prices. I give it 1 star just because the spam me with special offers.

Read quite a few comments, then gave it a shot. Tried the free version: The free version is like installing a picture of a mobile game. You can look at it as long as you want, until you actually buy their content, you can't use anything. Matches result in blurred messages - paywall. So you have no chance for a single match without money. There is no "Free" in this Freemium.

Absolutely atrocious payment model, the 12 month subscription has a 3 month! cancellation period. Now I have to pay for a whole year. If you really want a subscription, cancel it immediately after paying so it doesn't get renewed.

Would be nice if I was given an option of one-month paid trial. With nothing revealed at all, how do you expect me to commit myself to at least 6 months of payment? Terrible marketing strategy. Also it's almost scammy, wasting my time so much in the beginning to answer a lot of questions which I find stupid and irrelevant just to find out that at the end I am going to encounter bunch of blurred images and a bill.

There's no free version and the registration is really questionable. There are questions like "how much so you earn" "if you have kids do they live with you"... private space? I wasted my time creating the profile as I wanted to give it a try. Opposite any other dating app, there's no free version at all (you can't see any pictures as they are blurred unless you pay). So the "jetzt gratis testen" is not accurate.

This app is terrible: there is no trial period. You either pay a subscription for a WHOLE year (30 EUR/month) or you are not able to see the pictures of the people who are writing you -let alone writing for more than 3 messages-. So, am I supposed to subscribe like this for a product l cannot test??? Thanks but no thanks
