• Bel de chauffeur indien nodig rechtstreeks
• Zie geschatte aankomsttijd
• Drie betalingsopties om uit te kiezen: kaarten in de app, VIPPS of in de auto
• U kunt toekomstige reizen plannen door op "Taxi Later" te tikken

Works like a charm every time. I see a lot of people have very surrealistic expectations of taxis. If every taxi is busy, you have to wait like everybody else. But some people think it's a video game where a car falls from the sky when you click "order". Or they are labouring under the notion that somehow ordering two or three taxis makes the response time shorter(!) Take it from someone who is a user AND a taxi driver..

Edit: Customer service was very quick to respond and eventually address this issue. Very happy with my experience and happy that the app is working again, as intended. Old review: Galaxy A52. I can no longer book a taxi for a future date and time. The scroll selection does not respond to touch input. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the issue persists.

This application does work, and to my surprise, the taxi came within 2 minutes. It was a really early morning taxi to the airport. However, pls note that the taxi meter starts 5 minutes after arriving at the pick-up address. If you are late, then you are charged extra. Instead of 292nok, I ended up paying 360nok. Also, I don't think once u have booked, u can cancel. I didn't or could not find the option.

I like the concept! The app could be easier to use. The reviews mention the same thoughts I have. I would add that it would be nice with booking confirmation on SMS or email. Or maybe I could have seen it under "trips" in the app (then this page should be more visible). I used the app with bad reception, and after booking the trip, it suddenly jumped back to where you put in where you're going from. I thought that the app didn't work, so I booked another trip. Ended with two taxis showing up.

Ok, the entire uber-esq interface is fine. But it's fundamentally weak and unreliable. I did three bookings in a row for a pickup because every time the driver was over 20 min away. I ended up driving myself. Luckily I didn't have to prepay to book. The issue is that I have to choose the taxi company, as if I care. I want an available taxi now, and the driver wants a passenger nearby. I don't care if I'm in Oslo and the nearest taxi company is from Hammerfest.

Taxifix makes booking easier, but better? Not by a long shot. Please implement a function to see all ongoing orders. Not being able to contact a driver that "can't find you at the pick-up point" is laughable. 2 stars, as the rest seems to be a-ok.

Terribly rubbish app. Doesn't tell you if the booking went through nor does it have any information on any current bookings so you'll never know if your taxi is going to come. Ended up with two taxis and had to pay the other driver some "cancellation fee" of 200NOK, which was not stated anywhere when making the booking. The taxi I took also ended up charging more than the "guaranteed price". Absolute scam.
