does not accept out of state licenses, yet this is the only avenue of access for a few businesses thus I cannot go where I am allowed or shop there. also when trying to register my ID, there are fields like audit number that simply are not on my ID

I've been using LA wallet for years without a problem and on May 31st of this year I got a new Louisiana ID card because I do not have a driver's license, it showed up almost immediately on La wallet and now nothing shows up at all. It won't even let me add it. I get an error message. This app was really good until recently. I've already submitted a ticket twice and nothing.

Doesn't accept Missouri licenses, won't accept the barcode for said licenses. Certain websites now specifically require this app - sites that people from all over the USA use from their homes. What, am I expected to buy a Louisiana Driver's license as well now? JK. You can bypass the "age verification requirement" of the good ole phub that requires this app by simply switching to mobile data / disconnecting from WiFi, or even using a VPN if you're stuck on a computer. You're welcome.

After I updated, it kept closing. It will not open.

Will not allow creation of new account. Silly "Oops" message appears. Called customer support and they told me to "umm delete and reinstall" which I have already done. Support says "umm its a connection issue and to continue trying and call back later". I have already tried many times. My phone works just fine for all other apps and can stream HD video so apparently the issue is not with connection but with the app.

This app already got on my bad side when it prevented me from going to some of my favorite websites, therefore I had to go through the trouble of getting it otherwise, I'm shut out of them even of its SUPPOSED to just be a digital drivers liscence. When I did download it and had to go through the verification, it would never send me the code needed to proceed. I WOULD REFRESH ONLY TO NOT GET THE CODE OVER AND OVER! Starting the year with a banger I see...

LA Wallet app was very easy to install, create account, add LA Drivers License ID, and Louisiana Department of Health SMART Health Card. It was super simple to have the app scan the back of my ID and auto-populate the form. I only had to do a very minor change in the form. To have your Covid-19 vaccination record display, you must add your ID. Once you do, it was just two clicks for LA Wallet to connect to LDH and display my records. The records are encrypted and display as a QR code that can only be read by registered accounts. The best thing about this app is that the display of the app is free, for now. I hope that it stays that way!
