It's embarrassing how horrible this app is. Biggest city in the world, with some of the worst public transport. Literally, a WEBCAM viewing one of the scrolling tv screens in PABT that show the bus times would work better than this app. It just dosent work when it dosent want to. Not to mention, it is the most unintuitive thing I have ever seen. I'm very tech savvy and I have a bit if trouble Now, the most recent update has made it so that not a single bus shows up at all. I'm a driver with Coach USA Shortline and find myself answering passengers questions frequently. I used to be able to use the app to find the right time and gate of departure but this new version doesnt work apparently. The app isn't always accurate to begin with so you're better off asking a driver 😉

do not install this horrible app. if there are multiple terminals near you it picks one on its own and does not let you change the selection. also it randomly hangs, soft locking my whole phone. even the home button.

Just installed on S9 plus and it just freezes - unable to go anywhere on the screen! Restarted a few times before uninstalling..As another reviewer mentioned - the worst app ever!

No list of stops on route. Cross street search never results. No bus tracking. Go copy MyMTA or Transit, both NYC pub trans apps, build a useful app.

Unresponsive. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Used to use it to view alerts but now it just sits there. Won't even populate Departures.

It's bad enough that this is a separate app from the relevant transit apps, but it also hasn't worked in 2 months. It's just a blank screen.

Do not trust the app. It has incorrect information on gates at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Go off of the signs posted in the terminal, or ask someone at the information kiosks.
