Pretty sure this company has gone bankrupt or out of business. We used this for the past couple years and had no issues with it but for the past month no one can log into our account including myself as an administrator as it says account temporarily suspended. I've emailed and called numerous times over the past several weeks and no one responds so I had to put a stop payment against them with MasterCard so they can't keep charging me.

People tab loads only records A-H, there's no filtering on the calendar view, and when loading more 'Absences of your team' the counter drops to 0 and only 3 first absences are shown. Still some way to go to achieve parity with online version.
