If I could put 0 stars I would. First of you can't book a ride for the next day. We tried and it failed. The next day we use the app to find a taxi. That worked... Until rude taxi driver told us he would not take us outside of Firenze (20 minute ride). There is no way to cancel the trip. It only says "cancelation failed". Don't bother using this app. It's useless.

App works smoothly and efficiently, drivers are on time and very helpful. The best taxi service I have ever experienced . We needed an oversize vehicle for a passenger with mobility issues and the vehicles they assigned were perfectly suited to the job. I wish this service was everywhere.

Good for booking taxis in Florence. We were able to get a taxi every time we needed one and the drivers were very good and knowledgeable about the local areas. However the book in advance feature did not work at all.

Was able to make an account with issue, however, I was never able to actually get a taxi. I found it faster to go to the nearest hotel and ask them to call one for me. The app itself was worthless.

Installed. Tried to register. Inserted international phone number (like all tourists do). No sms received (they probably don't want to pay the fees). Not possible to use the app. Uninstalled.

the app is good, permits you to book a taxi in advance and gives you information on when the driver arrives but it does not say that you need to pay cash ... or at least that's what happened to me. the driver didn't accept to be paid by card, cash only which was a hussle

Use of the app was easy. We reserved a day ahead of our departure, the taxi was exactly on time, and the driver was extremely helpful and pleasant!

The app is very handy for calling a cab and they respond very quickly. I did have some difficulty getting the text message to verify my number but did get it to work on the 3rd try.
