Je geheel nieuwe Snapper-begeleidende app voor Android, met opnieuw ontworpen interfaces en geoptimaliseerde functies.

Als u uw Android-smartphone met Near Field Communication (NFC) gebruikt, is de Snapper Mobile-app de essentiële partner voor uw Snapper + -kaart.

Houd eenvoudigweg uw Snapper-kaart tegen de achterkant van de telefoon en na eenmalig inloggen kunt u direct uw saldo en recente transactiegeschiedenis controleren, opwaarderen zonder transactiekosten en een reispas kopen - altijd en overal.

Functies:

INLOGGEN - Voor een naadloze en veilige ervaring moet u inloggen op uw geregistreerde Snapper-account wanneer u de app voor het eerst start. Als u uw kaart nog niet eerder heeft geregistreerd, kunt u een account aanmaken en deze vanuit de app registreren. Let op: u hoeft niet opnieuw in te loggen, tenzij u ervoor kiest om uit te loggen vanuit de app.

CONTROLEER UW SALDO - Bekijk in één oogopslag het realtime saldo van uw kaart.

OPwaarderen - Direct opwaarderen zonder transactiekosten. Gebruik de draaiknop om een opwaardeerwaarde te selecteren, of tik om het gewenste bedrag in te voeren. De app onthoudt je laatste opwaardeerbedrag, zodat je de volgende keer nog sneller kunt opwaarderen.

KOOP EEN REISPAS - Afhankelijk van de concessie van uw kaart, zullen reispassen beschikbaar zijn voor aankoop en onmiddellijk op uw Snapper worden geladen.

TRANSACTIEGESCHIEDENIS - Direct, gedetailleerd, duidelijk en in realtime weergegeven - u kunt de laatste 20 transacties op de kaart bekijken. Pictogrammen geven transporttransacties, detailhandelsaankopen of opwaarderingen aan, naast een lopend saldo en individuele transactiewaarden. U kunt op transporttransacties tikken om het volgende weer te geven:
- De unieke stop-ID
- Aparte Tag-on- en Tag-off-tarieven
- Datum en tijden

BETAALGEGEVENS OPSLAAN - Zeer veilig en toegankelijk via een 4-cijferige pincode. U kunt uw betalingsgegevens opslaan voor een naadloze Snapper-opwaarderingservaring.

REGISTREREN - Beveilig en bescherm uw Snapper-kaart direct vanuit de app, mocht deze ooit verloren of gestolen worden.

BEKIJK KAARTINFORMATIE - Bekijk in één oogopslag alle details op uw Snapper-kaart. Controleer uw 16-cijferige unieke Snapper-kaartnummer, concessie of of u een openstaande schuldbekentenis heeft.

IN APP FEEDBACK EN ONDERSTEUNING - Is er iets misgegaan? U hoeft geen telefoonnummer te zoeken: hulp is eenvoudig toegankelijk vanuit de app. Selecteer “Klantenondersteuning” in het accountmenu en stuur ons uw vraag. Snapper-ondersteuning zal direct reageren.

For an app that is time critical and has heavy usage in terms of top-up this upgrade is a fail. Usability and user experience should be at the top of the list. It needs testing heavily. This app is more erratic, less sensitive in terms of the card & forces change in well established behaviour for no return. The UI is over sensitive in reagrds to the top up wheel and requires you to scroll up on my phone to complete actions. Design wise it looks nice but its impractical and frustrating.

Awful platform, equally awful app. It looks like this app was built by two teams. Parts of the UI seems to be nicely done. It falls apart by having a "sign-up" wall just to simply check snapper balances by NFC, first massive fail. Then when you are signed-in, you still have to tap each card to manage it. Upon calling Snapper when the app broke, their systems also crashed on them. Bring-on this national ticketing soon!!

Scanning/reading balance is slow with the new interface design and animations. Also more temperamental with the scanning/top up placement. Old app design none of this was the case - it was to the point - card always remained at back of phone for entire process. If you're rushing to top before getting on the bus, nothing is more frustrating than animations telling you to adjust your card for 5mins before I can recieve a top up. Keep it simple. It wasn't broke.

App has been terrible since the update. Prior to it, there was no latency between the card making contact since the update. Since the update, there is now a delay between contact and launching the app. The latency can have me mistake that the phone is not scanning the card. As a result, I would remove the card and the app would attempt to scan. My Snapper is now unsuable. ADDENDUM: Placing the card only launches the app but no further.

The old version of this app used to be amazing, worked 100% of the time to top up. With the update it often won't top up and i spend half my bus ride trying to top up and then embarrisingly not able to at all and have to explain this to the bus driver! When i last tried on the 20th august at peak hour I dont know whether your app was down or over loaded but i couldnt top up and got a error every time. If it it was system over loading surely you'd prepare for 5pm to 6pm to have most use

Snapper is a reminder that Wellington is a quaint 20th century town. The app is average, but matches perfectly with Wellington's antiquated public transport system in that respect. The sooner contactless payments are accepted by buses/trains etc the better. We might even think it's no longer 1996!

The app functionality has been terrible since the update. You have to tap twice just to get to your account and half the time the app lags so much that it stops working entirely. you have to uninstall it and reinstall it in order to jumpstart it.
