This app frequently sucks. Just now it forces you to go to the app store to download a new version, but there's no new version available. Even uninstalling and reinstalling still forces you to go to the app store to download a new version. There is no way to use the app. Infinite loop! Also, in the past this app added a new requirement for phone verification. However, no matter how many times you entered the code, it would still request a new verification. More infinite loops!!

Kept insisting I input an access code because the site was access controlled (not the case). I kept getting routed to Google maps, which wasn't helpful since I was at the station and just wanted to start a charge. Frustrating when you have to spend 5 minutes navigating an app to even start charging. Please just have PlugShare as an option.

good app, decent and competitive prices. Best and most reliable chargers, once you learn to hit the "start" button on the machine. took a few minutes to figure that out... Maybe add a "hit start on the machine" prompt for the first 3 tines or something. could save some people headaches. Only chargers that I know of that require you to hit a physical start button to start the session. Very good app and company.

I downloaded this account to create a charging account and start charging since there are chargers near my place. I'm stuck at the verify phone number step. Once I enter my phone number, the app sends me a verification code but sends me back to the "Enter a phone number" screen, even after hitting submit. Silly bug won't let me sign up for my account.

The old version of the app was more reliable and notified you properly when your car was finished charging. Today it wouldn't even show how much charge the car got and it keeps displaying Network Server Error messaging whenever I opened it, which slowed my phone down. Went to investigate and the car had charged fine. It's just an issue with the app.

The app required an update. So I did the update. Now the app keeps asking for an update over and over. I cannot activate a charging session now. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still stuck requiring app update. I am subscribed with the $99 per month plan and cannot use it. I am sure my fee was billed though.

App needs confirmation to stop charging if tapped by mistake, which is fairly easy. I had to go back to the station to resume charging.

Your app said go to the store for an update, only option so I did and updated, now whenever I open your app it says go to store to update, so I can't find a location, can't charge my car (it's at 15 percent) hiw do I use this app if the only option is update??? I know the location of several pumps but they are often not working I'm not looking for an open pump I'm just looking for a working pump which is hard to find with your service!! But when I get there this app won't work!!
