Shut Up

It's still not possible for me to enter the classroom via app despite reaching all the requirements to do so. i.e. android version, RAM, ROM, etc. The network detection fails even if the app itself indicates that BOTH upload & download are OK. Payment doesn't show up on the app, too. Lastly, sending a ticket via User Suggestion and/or 51Talk Support have proved futile because none of them responds (or at least not fast enough). This app still has so much to improve on functionality.

This is a great tool for monitoring and easy access of the shift management. But the option for shift management disappeared. Kindly look into it. It would be helpful as well if there is an option for notifications to appear on the phone's screen whenever there is a new booking, for us to be prompted in case we have an immediate class. Thank you!

It is very convenient to use because you can see your future schedules class, but I hope that they will upgrade this app and add more features like giving a alarm if the class is about to start. Also it would a great help if us teacher could see the evaluation that the students give us so that we could know our mistakes and correct it so that we could deliver more good and efficient way of teaching.

This upgraded version is a mess. I can only see a white screen. I feel like groping and tapping over the blank white screen hoping that something would pop up like the time slots and booking details. When I tapped again the back arrow it goes blank in white screen again. I am using Huawei and the old version perfectly worked well. Please fix this new version or else this is nonsense. Can we use the old version instead? While your fixing the new one?

It's not convenient to use at all. The only thing I nice about it is the ability to see if you were given a good review, other than that, seeing who and when someone books your lesson is not really useful. This app doesn't even notify you for upcoming lessons. No notifications at all. I would rather use MyPage instead of this app. In fact, the old app was more usefu. Not sure if 51Talk will care enough to read this anyway.

"Lesson Memo Reminder" doesn't even work at all. No class notifications prompted. Message "REMINDER" Tab doesn't refresh on it's own. The app can be more useful to teachers if the NOTIFICATIONS worked well as well as LM REMINDERS. It can be productive as well if it can accommodate Lesson Memo editing and posting.

The app is awesome. Just need to enhance the loading time, when we changed the slots from open to close or vice versa. Also, I would suggest that new booked slots should be pop-up on the screen for emphasizing. I think that would be better. 👌
