Signal keeps going in out the amp doesn't work right without signal ,this is worst amp I ever had I live in mountains it sucks if there is no signal

Like other reviews have said . The one channel monoblock does not save eq settings Meaning Everytime you turn your car on, or in my case, computer power supply. It resets it's settings. The gain is saved yes! But it always resets to 300hz and 10 bass boost. But the 2 channel amp does save all its settings! So I'm so confused.

App used to work really good. Never had a problem up until earlier this year with the last update. Now,it won't connect to my amp. It finds it when I manually scan but still won't connect. Still a great set of amps from Jensen. But the app is the clincher for the purchase and without it,well it's like buying half an amp....need more updates more often please. I own 3 of these amps and the app doesnt work for any of them unfortunately

Garbage! App doesn't work. Just recently purchased the amp and for (I think) 3 days it worked like a charm, 4th day which was a week a go it will not connect to my phone. Will not scan, pair..... you can't do anything on the app or it crashes! Very freaking frustrating since THATS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AMP!!!! I should add I have cleared the cache, cleared the data amd even deleted and reinstalled the app and no difference!

I wish I could give it 0 stars; unfortunately. The app and amp (xda91rb / Wal-Mart) work "good," but unless you want to turn on your Bluetooth, location, and adjust your EQ settings each time you use it, do not buy it. It does not save your settings after you power on each time. Let me say that again. It does NOT keep your settings stored, so you have to dial it in again each time you turn it on; regardless of Bluetooth etc. Horrible waste of time and money!!!

Was working just fine and little by little, my sub just kinda faded out to where there's no sound coming out of it. Connections are fine, Bluetooth is on. I put the amp/app settings back to default, and still nothing. Now I'm gonna have to go back and troubleshoot my setup despite everything working perfectly until AFTER downloading and using this app.

Version 2.42 worked great. Since the most recent update I have not been able to connect to my amp at all. The adjust on the fly features with the Bluetooth capability was nice until I could no longer connect to my amplifier in any way. Considering tossing the entire amp in the garbage now that it is inaccessible. Very disappointed.
