Missing possibility top chose a list view instead of picture view. Takes longer time to find and remember what have been chosen. Not possible to see the order after being placed. Not possible to add free text regarding allergies or having a COMPLETE list of ingredients for each dish to read in the app. That would reduce the risk of misunderstanding of staff and safer if the ingredients lost is complete. Especially for rare allergies that some even do not know what it is.

Would not recommend. Very expensive, extremely small portions, weird ordering system. I was so excited to go with my gf for dinner and I was extremely disappointed... I understand the tapas idea but the food were way smaller even comparing to the pictures the restaurant has. We were adviced by our waitress, we will need around 10-12 plates at least, for both of us to be actually full... 39kr for the smallest portions (containing 2-3 tiny pieces).

TLDR, small portions, high price, bad food, incredibly annoying ordering experience. Went to Pinchos in Stockholm. App works fine, but food is way overpriced, low quality, tiny portions AND they force you to order through the app, wait and then pick it up yourself. Took 15 minutes to 'prepare' a beer bottle - not even poured. Went to collect planksteak, the waiter grabbed two (obviously cold) pieces with his bare hands and threw them on the plate. Seemed surprised when I refused them. Avoid!

Expensive food, especially since you have to sell your personal info. Food was incredible expensive, especially considering you have to make to order by yourself and even go and pick up the food. It should be way cheaper since service is not included. The staff still managed to mess up the order. And the idea of forcing visitors to use an app is absolutely horrible. I have big issues with being monitored. Will not return.

the app works very well, and it's a nice system in general. it's really easy to pay and order, and the visuals are also reallt simple and nice. realistic photos of the food and drinks really help with choosing what to eat. recommend 100%!

They share all with undisclosed 3rd parties for marketing purposes, according to their own GDPR declaration. Which is in an external link to a google docs, so dark web link so you are basically traded to unknown entities for unknown purpose aside the usual 'we need it to provide service'. They don't in all likelihood. App looks like a framework app for all platforms kind of job, decently responsive.

Otherwise good, but right after submitting my phone number to the app I have been getting spam messages non-stop for a week now. Apparently they sell customer information right away or have very poor security. Messages are clearly scam with links that should not be opened.

Why do I need to lie and say I'm below 18 just to get rid of all the alcohol? I get that I can "just not order alcohol", but it is everywhere. In every drink-category except "alcohol-free", in every suggestion and all over the starting page. I shouldn't need know all the names of alcoholic drinks, and carefully read the ingredients list when I just want a coffee that isn't plain black.
