PROFESSIONELE HULP, GEPERSONALISEERD VOOR U
Relatieproblemen kunnen pijnlijk en uitdagend zijn. Het is aangetoond dat ondersteuning en begeleiding van een professionele therapeut grote, positieve veranderingen teweegbrengt. We hebben Regain gemaakt zodat iedereen gemakkelijke, discrete en betaalbare toegang heeft tot professionele hulp.
Veelvoorkomende relatieproblemen waarvoor mensen hulp zoeken, zijn communicatieproblemen, veel conflicten, onenigheid over financiën, kinderen of schoonfamilie en problemen met ontrouw, om er maar een paar te noemen.
GELICENTIEERDE EN OPGELEIDE THERAPEUTEN
Alle therapeuten op Regain hebben minimaal 3 jaar en 1.000 uur praktijkervaring. Ze zijn gediplomeerde, opgeleide, ervaren en geaccrediteerde psychologen (PhD/PsyD), huwelijks- en gezinstherapeuten (MFT), klinisch maatschappelijk werkers (LCSW), erkende professionele counselors (LPC) of vergelijkbare referenties.
Al onze therapeuten hebben een Master's Degree of een Doctorate Degree in hun respectievelijke vakgebieden. Ze zijn gekwalificeerd en gecertificeerd door hun professionele staatsraad en hebben de nodige opleiding, examens, training en praktijk afgerond.
HOE WERKT HET?
Na het invullen van onze vragenlijst, wordt u gekoppeld aan een gediplomeerde therapeut op basis van uw behoeften en voorkeuren. U en uw therapeut krijgen uw eigen beveiligde en privé 'therapieruimte' waar u uw therapeut op elk moment, vanaf elk apparaat met internetverbinding, kunt berichten, waar u ook bent. Uw partner wordt ook uitgenodigd op deze kamer als u besluit om samen therapie te proberen. Je kunt ook een sessie plannen, dus spreek live met je therapeut via video of telefoon.
Je kunt schrijven of praten over jezelf, de dingen die in je leven spelen, vragen stellen en de uitdagingen bespreken waar je voor staat en je therapeut zal feedback, inzichten en begeleiding geven. Deze voortdurende dialoog is de basis van uw werk met uw therapeut.
Als u ervoor kiest om therapie op ReGain met uw partner te proberen (ofwel aan het begin van de therapie, of als u ervoor kiest om ze later uit te nodigen), zou uw dialoog tussen u alle drie zijn: u, uw partner en uw therapeut. Samen werk je aan een positieve verandering in je relatie en het bereiken van je doelen.
HOEVEEL KOST HET?
De kosten van therapie via Regain variëren van $ 60 tot $ 90 per week (elke 4 weken gefactureerd), maar kunnen hoger zijn op basis van uw locatie, voorkeuren en beschikbaarheid van de therapeut. In tegenstelling tot traditionele therapie op kantoor, die meer dan $ 150 kan kosten voor een enkele sessie, omvat uw Regain-lidmaatschap onbeperkte tekst-, video-, audioberichten en wekelijkse livesessies. Het abonnement wordt elke 4 weken gefactureerd en vernieuwd en omvat zowel het gebruik van de beveiligde site als de begeleidingsdienst zelf. U kunt uw lidmaatschap op elk moment en om welke reden dan ook opzeggen.

Our therapist (only one to choose from) had very limited availability that did not match with our schedules. We paid for the whole month and only got one session. I was unaware of the subscription based pricing that regain does and lost our on 3 sessions. There's no customer service number just an email address and I have yet to hear back from regain. Aside from the billing issues The video quality was subpar and made talking to our therapist a chore. Live therapy is the way to go.

I'm new to ReGain but I'm already a major fan. App is excellent and easy. They have a financial aid calculator also. Scheduling is a snap and my therapist has flexible scheduling and is easy to talk to. Video and phone sessions available. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Been a scam so far. App deleted our messages to the therapist. You pay for 4 weeks of service up front, it takes up to two days before you can schedule a therapist, then the therapists have no availability for the next two weeks so be prepared to get-at most-half of the sessions you're paying for. Incredibly discouraging when you need help.

The support team is top notch, they always get back to you. No matter what the situation, they try to help in every way. I absolutely love my therapist she's amazing! It's such a blessing to have this since it works around my schedule. This app goes above and beyond what I could have expected. Truly, I am so thankful for this.

The app works well, nothing great, but it works well. The therapists have a huge spectrum of quality and they need to do an overhaul of their screening process. I've come back 3 times times in my as well as my spouse has done 1, & 2 for family therapy: a total of 6 multi-season therapists. We've averaged 4 "Matches" per time we found someone we wanted to work with. One dude looked like he was in pajamas, another had red dark lighting & it was a little creepy, & another only introduced himself.

First negative review I've ever done. I paid £45 for a week to see there's no availability with any therapist around 8pm. Plenty say they have those slots but upon choosing your therapist you see those slots aren't available. Wasted £45.

Billed for a month with only a week to use the sessions available.(Have contacted about this, just waiting for reply). Classes are predominantly not reasonably accessible due to time zone, that information was not given when signing up. Was fast in assigning a therapist.

My husband got married in our 50s and didn't realize we had major communication issues. We have suffered several job losses, family member losses, etc., we don't have a lot of money for therapy. That's when we discover Regain and Dr. Lumar. Regain even offers a discount if you qualify, so we are getting the help we need and still able to provide for our family needs! I highly recommend Regain for individual or couples therapy!
