Updated app is AWFUL. Old app translated to English well, new version barely HAS any English (yes, "English" is selected in settings). Even in Vietnamese the app is harder to navigate and more difficult to read. What's up with every menu and button being tiny? OTP barely works - twice the app wouldn't accept the pin sent by the system, and kept making me wait to resend a new pin. Way to make a mostly functional app not work at all. I have the most recent version of the app as of May 15.

Not user friendly. Quite frustrating when I tried to register for a data package and it keeps saying I don't have enough money although I already paid off my bills. Also, with the traditional OTP, you're not going to be able to login from abroad.

App crashes all the time when I want to select a package. Two stars because it worked some months ago. Added I have the latest update of the app, and it always crashes when I select a package. Android 14, Google Pixel 7 Pro.

I have found using Mobifone to be a convenient option for mobile services. The network coverage is reliable, and the data plans offer good value for money. However, there are some drawbacks to consider. Unfortunately, foreigners are not allowed to earn points when topping up, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there have been instances where the main balance gets deducted even when the internet plan is still active, cause me frustration.

This app is the most useless app I have ever seen, ever. You can't top up or update ID with it. It's been broken for over a year that I've used it, and it was never fixed. The data usage is the only redeeming feature, and sometimes it doesn't even update. And nowadays it's starting to spam a copious amount of ads notifications, more so than Lazada or Shopee. If you want to be spammed with ads notifications, go for it.
