I tried to cancel a parking reservation 10-15 minutes before the reservation started, but could not. The policy started you can cancel up to 1 minute before your reservation, but the app didn't let me cancel. I reached out to support immediately but at that point it was probably 10 minutes after my reservation started (or longer, I have no idea when they read my email) and I was basically told "too bad." So I paid for a 3-day parking reservation I never used. I won't be using this app again. :(

As an update to another negative review I wrote, due to a cancellation for a very valid reason (hurricane), I was originally denied a refund of any kind, and after posting my negative experience a customer care manager reached out to me, and offered t ocredit me the full amount of my reservation and an additional $10 for my trouble. I appreciate them making this right, so thank you. I have used the service several times and it has always been good, this fix is warranted and appreciated.

Never again. Booked parking with this app and absolutely no customer service available. Cancelled my first reservation when I found out that the shuttle was not available during my flight times. Was given only way credit as a refund. So after being forced to use the app I was stuck buying parking from them anyway. And then they changed the price and charged me even more to do it. So there usually is no shuttle and a lot of the places don't even have secure parking. READ REVIEWS!

It has some functionality but doesn't tell the whole story. Many hotels do not have airport shuttles but the reviews make it see like they do. You end up paying more than just parking at the airport. This needs to be cleaned up. Customer service is no help and won't do squat about it. They know what's happening and, IMO, are complicit. Buyer beware.

I got this app to manage a Hilton airport parking reservation. Exactly 1 month later they sent an email stating "starting tomorrow we're a paid subscription". And hit my credit card MONTHLY for $1.95. 7/2024 - I reinstalled to again handle hotel parking during a vacation. What's needed when returning: when and where will the hotel shuttle do pickup. They supplied neither. Worse, when trying to get more info from them they provided the last 4 digits of my CC and want the 1st 6 digits. REALLY?

I used this app once in order to rent a parking spot at a hotel for a cheaper price. Good thing I cancelled my card after the trip because Way just emailed me saying I will be charged soon for Way + sapphire. I never signed up for this. Upon checking the way app, it said they had already tried charging me, so they notified me too late to cancel, yup, good thing my card was off. Way thinks they can siphon off 2 bucks a month for a service I didnt even sign up for.

Horrible service - made reservation & went to park and was turned away, was told you only put a deposit. I got a credit for this. I made another reservation after being turned away and couldn't park there either. I parked at the airport & paid 168. I requested a refund for the 71.01 & it was denied. They said no one else complained. Why would I pay double if I could have used it Beware,you may think you have everything planned out, but with this service, no guarantee just frustration.

They sell you parking you cannot find (maybe a another solar system). They say there is free shuttle; there is none - a major inconvenience if Uber/Lift is very far from luggage pickup. Forget calling them if you have trouble finding the parking lot, they tell you to email them, huh?? Then you miss your flight, have pay to rebook, pay for more parking and they won't even consider giving you a refund. Very sleezy dishonest people. Not worth the headache. No need to use a park app anyway!
