Far too many adds while trying to simply setup. Some people may like this software, but most situations of needing to print from a phone is an email or document found online which only needs a connection. I could understand the intrusive ads to use features such as scanning, but you will literally be delayed by minutes of ads in between only seconds of app navigation, not even using anything.

They want your credit card information just to register an account on their site and to use their app, separate from google play. I don't know who this company is, who owns it or where my info will be shared with. Nope! Beware....

False advertising! NOT FREE but need paid recurring subscription or one time fee over $20. Why not be honest and list the price SO we don't have to install & Uninstall on principles of NOT rewarding bad behavior which wasting my time and falsely advertising IS BOTH. Shame on you & urs!

Can't tell you how well the app works, because although the "add a printer" screen shows my printer, trying to add it to the app takes me immediately to the paid subscription pop-up. When I chose the option to continue with the unpaid version, I got the same result: the app will not connect to my printer unless I subscribe. Uninstalled.

Disappointed in this app, you have to pay to add a printer. I click on continue with limited features to just see how it works and after hitting continue with limited features I am taken back to add printer. So you cannot even try the app until you cough up money. No thanks, get out of my wallet before I even get to try it.

Sad that a person has to buy printer ink online when you have stores that should carry the ink cartridges! Pain in the rear when trying to copy anything. Never tried to fax anything yet... but I don't think they still do that stuff now a days? Nice to have at home but why should I have to pay AGAIN to hook up to the printer!? Money grab all along tried to avoid that by looking at "reviews" but couldn't tell if you had to pay to connect to the printer. Well you have to there's a connection fee!

Absolute trash. The audacity you have to have to try and require users to pay a subscription for the pleasure to print things from their phone is insane. I will not pay a monthly subscription for the privilege to use my $400 printer, I will never buy another one of your products and hopefully this review deters others from buying your trash.

I thought I was getting a free app, then found out there was a charge. BUT there was supposed to be a free trial period. Within 2 hours or less I discovered that this app would not work with my printer. I uninstalled the app immediately. That was five days ago. BUT today I was charged!!!!!
