This app is super cool especially for it to be about a recently debuted kpop girlgroup, but there's a few things I don't like. I'm not able to text anyone, the Id card image isn't working, and I don't understand Korean. I would like it if current issues with the app were fixed and subtitles were added especially on the calls!

It was super fun when it first came out, but now u have to pay for everything. I just want pictures of my favs and for that I gotta pay 9 dollars a month? And most fans are younger people who don't have a credit card. It seems like a tactic to take advantage of ppl wanting to have access to pictures of their favs. If I rlly wanted to, I could go find the photos online for free. I don't see what the point is. Hybe makes plenty of money on its own. An extra nine dollars is nothing.

It used to be a cute app what happened.. when it first came out you had all these cute activities like creating an album or a barbie doll. When I downloaded it for the first time again, I wanted to do that but I can't? So I decided to play the only game and crate a cake but it never loads fully. I wanted to look at some pictures of newjeans but I have to pay? You have to pay for literally everything or else it's not enjoyable.. PLEASE give us back the cute app it used to be !!😭

Tried out the subscription for the first time and it's good! I love the exclusive content. But I have ONE MAJOR ISSUE. I can't use emojis when I type in the comments 💔 Emojis don't appear on my keyboard. Kindly help me fix this issue to help me communicate better!

I wouldnt really bother....you have to pay to look at photos, podcasts and you can see the texts but not reply unless you have a subscription... also if you don't know korean there's no point in watching their lives 🤧 so....yeah wouldn't bother using it. Wish they just got back on weverse tbh. 🤧

I like this app as a Bunnie. But it is sad that we can't even watch their podcast if we don't have subscription 😔. They should do it like they did it with lives that it will be opened after some days for those who don't have subscription. Pls do it like that. And they should add captions in the live because there are international Bunnies too. We don't know korean so they should add English subtitles in the lives.

everything is so cool, i love the design and how we have an itinerary for the group. i also love the fact we are able to download the photos posted. however the only issue im having is when i am creating the ID card, the last stage, where i must insert a photo, won't allow me to choose a photo and im not sure why, it also seems as though other people are having similar issues with inserting a photo. can this be fixed?

Easy to use, lovely app, New Jeans fighting~! It would be even better if we can download videos in the future! (2023/10/12 Edited) It seems that the translation is not working at the moment. Also would be highly appreciated if there is a "translate all" function so that we do not need to press translate button for every single message~
