It show a constant "loading" for videos but doesnt work. Has the original Dead Java Links to videos from previous website when incorporating this as a new learning tool. Also, all previous things that were completed in old website (quizzes and lessons) didnt transfer progress to this new tool. This application doesnt work as what it should be. Shouldn't have this for use for the company if it has known issues for months and hasnt done anything to fix it. The dead link videos = 1+years.. Fix it!

I'm using this for commercial plumbing. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it before every class which means signing back in with my email and confirming my email address. I've also had to retake like four tests because it can't keep track of my finished work. This app sucks and technology sucks. Anyone that relies on it for day to day is failing themselves. This app is trash. I have to retake two more tests today because they're showing 100% complete on my end, since I did them...

I'm literally trying to get a raise/promotion. The only way I can is through completing training videos. This app constantly keep saying connection issues. Clearly it's no internet or data issues. After 3 times uninstaling and installing. Still same problem. I'm Clearly over this, and this Job for using this to train with. It's holding back my progress and companies shouldn't use it for training. Especially if it's stops promotion and more wages.

Completed all four exam above 90% I.e Search , Dispaly&Video, Retail and Retail Media Certifications, but still not recieved my certificate... Can anyone help where will I get my certificates and downloads.

It's nice having access without having to log in to the corporate side. However, I find full screen for lessons doesn't rescale correctly. It is not possible to complete quizzes as questions are cut off and key items like profession buttons or submit buttons for quizzes are cut off. If we can't do this right, what chance do we have of changing the world through Digital Experiences?

2018 Won't play videos. Originally, it did but it was difficult to use and videos didn't fit screen. Uninstalled then reinstalled and still no videos. Not even an option to just read and take tests. Sorry but this app is worthless. Disappointed no response from the designers of this app. If I download to play video offline, I can get the video to play but that was after another uninstall/reinstall.
