First thing to note - you need to be managing your short term stay properties through iGMS. If you are, then this app is a no-brainer. I use it often when travelling or on the go. It has most things that you need and allows you to quickly respond to guests. It's not a replacement for the computer, but when you're on the go, it gets things done.

Very slow to load. I usually just switch to the host app instead of waiting 30s for this app to update. Very slow to notify of messages. Often shows alerts for a ton if old messages at once. Can't edit message templates. Can't edit bookings properly on the app, it gives the wrong pricing. Income statement inaccurately shows other fees bundled as cleaning fees. Igms keeps disconnecting from air bnb randomly causing double bookings. Their support team is arrogant and unhelpful.

Absolute garbage. I have been with them for 4 years with over 100 listings. Today, they raised the price up 500% They locked me out of my account and automated messages didnt send. It cost me nearly $6000 in cancellations and lost revenue. There was no warning, there was no message. I searched all my emails and texts. Just pure greed of raising the price 5 times what i was paying and screwing my entire business in the middle of the day. Do not ever do business with them!
