clearly, most of the budget for this went into the art and animation, it's gorgeous and really does the IP justice. But the gameplay itself is very bare-bones after the third mission, it felt stale and repetitive and almost incentivized me to stay in full auto. it could just be that these are early missions but i also felt no motive to strategize or curate my team. one minor complaint is also the free stones for completing missions is way too low. 300 missions for a 10 summon roll is crazy imo.

The game is likely going to experience a good 1 or 2 months and fall off. I loved the Magia series, but once again, the gatcha is likely going to be the death of this one as it was for Atelier Resleriana... Both decided to take what Blue Archive does and make it objectively worse, and this one is even worse than Resleriana. The game itself feels like HSR, but with some modifications. Best one being you dont need to match elements to lower break bars. There is 0 exploration to be done tho.

I think this game has potential, I like the turn-based combat and the effects are cool, but everything is locked at 15Fps which is weird, because of that 15fps lock the game looks quite jittery, even though the 3D models look nice. Another problem is the loading between screens is way too long. You need to wait for 5 seconds between loading in new things. Another issue (in my opinion) is the weird walking mechanics? why not just make the character walk freely making her look more natural?

Madoka Magica is my favorite thing in world so I was very excited for this game. Unfortunately it's disappointing. The visuals and music are amazing, but the game itself just isn't all that interesting or fun. Re-using the anime's story was an odd choice. The gacha system isn't great, and I don't find the gameplay exciting enough to be motivated to collect more gems. Also battery saver mode is hardly better than normal mode in terms of battery consumption.

I was having fun, trying to get into the mechanics and while i could handle the cutscene lag after i got to the first stage after the tutorial, everything starting lagging. Even ater getting to finally close the app again and reopening it, now the menu screen itself was glitched and lagged my whole phone. Redownloaded the app and the same stage lagged the whole game. Really hope we get fixes soon

Does it have beautiful graphics? Yes. Outside of that it's just a re-telling of the original story (with new side stories thrown in for the new characters but that's it). I really wanted to give this game a shot as I love the world of Madoka Magica but it feels so much like developers threw it together, with minimal effort just, for the sake of cash-grabbing. I found it boring and very much P2W. Not a lot of fun content, and let me tell you--that tutorial was long. Gave up after about 10 hrs in.

Had this game pre downloaded for months, tutorial went fine, battle, light house, even the CG Animation went fine. I try to play the main story after the tutorial and the game is unplayable, colors flicker from time to time, but it's mostly black and white, when I pause the game moves smoothly. I go back into the light house and everything moved smoothly there as well, it's just the battle scenes even though I've played plenty of battles that ran smoothly in tutorial so I'm a bit confused

Edit: (spoiler warning for people reading this who haven't made it far into the story) okay, this is a genuine, serious, update, I love the game, the games a lot smoother, no stuttering or cutscene issues, it runs very nice, my only issue, is the boss scaling, the mermaid witch, is a pain, however, it keeps getting worse, every boss after that witch, somehow tops each other and the sandbox witch is the WORST, like this is slowly becoming a game that I wouldn't suggest to friends
