You need to install an autosave feature for stock counts. It is also too easy to accidentally leave a count while doing one. Cold hands and touchscreens dont mix well. Add another 'are you sure you wish to leave this count' check before you're able too. Everyone I know who uses this app across our venues have all at some point lost counts/ parts of counts

Terrible app. Constantly crashes and has a new problem every week. Do not use this for any aspect of your restaurant. It is a broken, flawed program. Can only use certain phones or tablets with no real consistency. The desktop version (website) is just as bad. Troubleshooting is impossible and it only gets worse with updates. So many aspects of this program are bad. Makes inventory extremely hard. It's no help at all. Stay away from MarketMan. It's awful.

I am manager using the MM system for 5 venues.. I have no problem when using IOS system but android use is terrible (bugs, does load on orders, stocks, or inventory) i have the latest update and will load home page then give a blank white screen too mode i go into there after. The app clearly only want the run on the IOS system so with without an IPhone there's no point in using the app. I will get a response in this regard but I have message the company directly and heard nothing.

For a restaurant or commercial kitchen, the ONLY reason you are managing your procurement is to cook a product for your customer (The recipe is the WHOLE reason you use the system). So while its great at procurement its recipe management, recipe printing, recipe functionality and intermittent bugs are absolutely unacceptable and their support teams are unwilling to help. You spend hundreds of hours on setup, and then it doesnt help make the chefs life easier... so you have wasted all your time

The funtion of this app is second to none it allows me to do everything i need from my phone. However, it is very buggy 90% of the time. If these bugs were fixed itd be perfect

Never realised how great this was until I switched to another provider.

App is slow loading supplier stock items , random log outs . As a chef I would rather be cooking than waiting for to do my orders at the end of the day when I want to go home after a 14hr shift Invoice scanning still dosnt work after a year If I could I'd give this app 0 stars rating. I like how they have not replied to my review

I couldn't find how to cancel my subscription on their website, so I sent an email to the helpdesk. Helpdesk asked for a reason and I provided a reason. Helpdesk forwarded to other person and asked again why I wanted to cancel subscription and told me to schedule a call with him to cancel. I should not have to schedule a call to cancel. An email should be sufficient.
