When I activate the one time only daily package I am unable to deactivate it on the app. I used to get the stc bot to do this but now for that too I keep getting transferred to an agent and they also can't help. I tried dially 124 that doesn't work, the 222 doesn't work. The deactivate option is not allowed on the app only. This is so annoying and irritating.

During the play of swipe games. It hangs frequently and kind of very slow too. Only one question I will see, rest I will swipe by my own, randomly.

This is without a doubt the worst communication company app in whole of Bahrain , it doesn't work most of the time and when it finally works it's riddled with bugs and inconveniences , absolutely terrible to use and navigate as you can be stuck for hours doing something that could otherwise be done in seconds . Disappointing to say the least

I have the bad ever experience with this sim now i was using there aim more then a year like 2 years but now when i have gone to there office in stc manama bahrain there staff misguided and giving not proper information that your package is going to be changeEven there team didn't resolved my complete problem. My family and friends we are more then 20 people but now we don't want to use this network anymore.

If you're buying a phone in installments online, be cautious during the final billing section. A pre-checked box for an extended warranty can significantly increase the cost. For example, I bought a Samsung A55 for around 160 Bahraini dinars, and the box for the extended warranty was checked without my consent, adding an extra 120 Bahraini dinars. Make sure to uncheck this box if you don't want the warranty. Dear STC, please let users choose this option themselves to avoid extra charges.

I had very bad ☹️ experience with stc in last two days...on April 3rd 2020 night i checked my data balance and it was around 6 gb 500 mb, then i woke up in the morning April 4th i checked my data and it was very shocking 😲. My data balance was only 500 mb... almost 6 gb i lost without any usage..And then i tried to contact with the customer service I'm not able to make it..i tried on what's app , online service and i called too...they are all giving 124 number and it's not connecting at all..

Always extra charges on the bill without any valid reason and Always less data then I am paying for. Most of the time i am using WIFI not STC data but so surprisingly, my data is ending just after payment of the bill. So strange, isn't it? If calling the so called "costumer service " the excuses are huge and never giving a proper answer on what you asking. Soon I will change the line to get rid of this thief telecommunication company. Shame on you STC, you are loosing loyal and old costumers.
