Hi, I used app only for a week, but with my experience with this, it worked for the purpose I had to use it for. Yes the confirmation email could be tricky, but the Hotel reception helped me and it was working. To give more stars, 1. Maybe consider app to work even when your phone is locked and app in background. Keep working on the app and it will get better, nothing works perfect and problems must be sorted to better service. Thanks, technology is the future, bad or good reviews. Keep going

I tried to register, received a verification email and then I clicked on "Verify" button, then a green tick shows that my email is verified but when I go back to the app, it still shows "Please check your mail" So I'm still stuck in this step with no luck! I mailed the customer support but I didn't get any reply back yet!

Went thru the registration process without problem and had the key validated with the green check mark. Yet I cannot get any door to recognize the key. I thought it was my Android's NFC. But it worked everywhere else. Thankfully it works fine on my wife's iPhone otherwise we would have no way to get in our hotel.

Received email from the app for booking, downloaded it, then it says "keys not requested", when I clicked on it, it says "error has occurred... Contact the front desk", after contacting front desk, they said that they have issued the key but I haven't requested it. i said "how would i request it, There is no button to click or anything"... The front desk said to "refresh". Going back and fort with frontdesk and the app, talking on the phone for more than 40 mins. Who's fault is it? app or hotel?

This app is a garbage and doesn't work. Or at least, it works randomly. It didn't let me enter the building, but the access to the room worked. Later the day it stopped working at all. The helpline guy generated a new acces, which doesn't work either.

Wife and I both tried to install the app with the same registered booking email address and it kicked me off. I tried to reregister, I verified the confirmation email, got the big tick but the app is stuck on the check your email screen.

Seriously? You can't use the app unless your phone has a lock screen? If you want a lock screen, then implement it inside your app like any other serious application does. Also the app sometimes just doesn't work properly. Email verification was tricky too. I can't believe people use this. Worst app I've used this year hands down.

Very unreliable. Just getting the reader to detect the phone is hard. Even when it does, it often fails to unlock the door. It's not rare to spend 5 minutes to open one door.
