Advance booking for trip to airport..perfect👍🏻. Second time we've booked streetcars for our trip to airport and not had any problems. (Unlike previous company we used) Driver in lovely clean car turned up 10 mins early which was fine by us. We now understand the way street cars have to work re bringing us home, it can't be done through the app in same way. But to be fair, with all the possible delays ie customs, flight timings etc, it's just easier to go straight to streetcar desk in arrivals

Good app but needs some improvements. The issue is it doesn't automatically put the charge through on as a debit/credit card so you end up booking it and then being asked for cash once they've dropped you off. Payment cards should be the default setting and then give you the option for cash if you want. Also, I've had to claim refunds when I've had to cancel a trip due to no driver picking me up at the airport

App apparently is just for city center and not for Airport! There is no advance pre-allocation. Example: Booked a taxi in advance through app for the next day at specific time (all confirmed abd paid). At the time the taxi should arrive at my place to take me to the airport, I got a notification that company will start looking for a taxi. If I would use StreetCar I would have lost my flight. Used a more professional but small company however more efficient: Lynx.

Booked a taxi in advance as I knew it would be busy. Was notified the taxi was on its way and due to pick us up on time. When I called because it was 5 minutes late, I was told it would be a further 30 minute wait despite my booking. The reason? Other people had booked taxis by phone. Why even bother with an app if the phone bookings take priority? Appalling customer service on the phone. Will not be using Street cars again. I'd rather pay for Uber on surge.

Not a good service. I have ALWAYS been left waiting for up to an hour for a taxi to arrive and too many of the drivers break the highway code by, for example, messing with their mobile phone whilst driving, driving at over 30mph in 20mph zones, etc. I also find it concerning that several cars and driver licences are registered to Wolverhampton, not Manchester.

Brilliant, I booked a car from the Italian Consulate for my Italian partner. They sent a driver that is Italian . Genious . Pre booked on the app. Pre paid on the app. No hassle no fuss and a phone call on his arrival . cannot soeak highly enough of the service.

The company is okay coming from the airport but you can't book a taxi from anywhere else in Manchester plus they charge you a ridiculous cover fee of £20 for a £10 ride! Plus they always cancel every booking through the app. 😡 Use a different company.

Thanks so much for leaving a vulnerable woman walking home alone at night. Your driver, as usual, didn't turn up, despite the app saying they did. Since your horrible app doesn't allow users to contact the driver, they then cancelled. Wonderful walk home alone late at night in the pouring rain.
