This app needs a lot of improvement. The app does not control the temperature of the machines. It says that the options work but none of them actually transition to the machine. I pay for the extra wash and the different cycles. No order history. Loyalty points are not accessible. If a machine malfunctions there is no ability to seek a refund.

There no help option on the app for refunds. I scan the washers and they don't start I have to re pay. It doesn't charge for the hot water(.25) and wash (2.00) all together you have re scan and repay for the .25 hot water but it charges the whole 2.00 again. What could have cost 6.75 dollars costed me 12 and there nowhere in the app to seek a refund. This supposed to be easier I'll stick with quarters.

I would rate this five stars if you were able to track your washer and dryer minutes on the app and if you were able to add more dryer minutes just by the dryer number in use but it doesn't show the dryer you have in use once you pay to start it. It is convenient to pay for the washer and dryer from the app but it needs to have more features. There's also something I see about loyalty points but there's nothing on the app to sign up for loyalty points or even explain what they are?

This application has one advantage: it eliminates the need for carrying change. However, it lacks features such as monitoring the time left for washing and drying and sending timely alerts. Another app I used previously had these features. Also, what does "dryer minutes" mean in the account information? What is the purpose of mobile notifications if they do not send any alerts?

Your devs should add Google wallet functionality to the app. I don't usually bring my wallet with my cards places and couldn't do laundry and had to run back home to get it...... Would be more convenient...

BOKEN NEEDS TO BE FIXED It wont let me add a debit/credit card in the app. It keeps asking me to name the card, but there is no option enter in a alphanumeric name. All fields are numeric only. There is a field to enter in the card/account#, expiration date, CCV, and billing zip, but no 'Name' field. Makes it inconvenient to use, would be nice to be able to charge an exact per use amount on the app Vs having to use a Kiosk, and ending up with unused amount on the App. NEEDS TO BE FIXED

If you get signed out of your account and can't remember your pin to login, recovery is impossible. They ask for your phone number to reset your pin but never send anything through. Not even to your registered email used when you sign up. Although, if you reach out to their support team (email listed on the app page) they are fast at fixing the problem!

Not very good, the app is useful in the way you don't have to carry quarters.. if the hub is actually working. The app does false advertise the countdown functionality since I have not gotten a single alert from the app. I also have huge trouble using the scanning function as it seems to freeze after the camera opens for half a second and gets stuck. In which I have to restart the whole scanning process again, hoping it doesn't crash.
