Works but kind of clunky. Kept giving me warnings as I was trying to fill out the number of people and the date of my reservation and the time. But I got it to work. Also, no place to type in any special requests like I need a booth or I need a table Etc. The only thing you can select is what type of event like birthday or anniversary. There are way better reservation apps. We love your restaurant but you should get a commercially available App instead of trying to write one yourself.

Complete waste of time since the restaurant group (including Carrabba's and Outback) changed the rewards program. You can no longer see qualified visits, use rewards OR even pay for your meal. Used to be so good but has dissuaded me from going to the restaurant on at least a few occasions now that the app is basically useless.

Everytime I have tried to use the app to pay, it either crashes or gets stuck and I finally end up giving my credit card to my server. Today it looked like it was going to work for the first time ever, but it wouldn't let me use my dine-rewards even though it showed the rewards in the track rewards section of the app.

Not a user friendly app for ordering curbside pickup. It sends you away from the app to BROWSE THE MENU. A pickup order can eventually be made, just not a clear-cut path to get there. The app needs improvement in this area.

Great App to Check your Dine Rewards Account and Make Reservations I use the Bonefish Grill app to check my Dine Rewards account, to view menus/specials, restaurant hours and make reservations. The app is user-friendly, easy to use and the food looks amazing in the app (and the food is good at the restaurant). I recommend using the app if you're looking to dine at Bonefish Grill, view menus or make reservations.

I can't log in to my account. No matter what, I always get the message that an account already exists with this info. Of course it does, because I'm attempting to log in. This error would make sense on the register page, but not login.

Very easy and straight forward. Typical of how Bonefish does everything, with excellence. During the early days of the pandemic, Bonefish provided very good take out at a reasonable price. Way better than any other restaurants.

The app won't retrieve my check. Tried on wifi and on mobile data. This is my second visit to BFG where the problem occurred. "We'renot able to complete your request at this time. Please try again later. Fire immediate assistance, please ask your server. "
