this is a very good app, but I've been having issues with it connecting to my phone, everything is enabled on my phone and TV to where it should connect, but it is not finding the Roku so it won't connect I just had everything working how it should then no lie an hour later it wouldnt connect and I didn't do anything for it to not connect. I've troubleshooted it and everything so idk what happened. but it is very annoying because I paid to have this.

The app was amazing for almost 2 years, then all of a sudden, boom, white screen on my LG TV. Performed all trouble shooting and resets, updates etc., but nothing! No new updates from Castly, nothing from Wodfix or whomever you're using. Decided to cancel and obtain a refund. Fix it and I'll go back, otherwise thanks for the 2 years of pretty good service!

It's been great but just randomly stopped seeing any nearby devices a few days ago. Now i can't cast anything from Labis. It says there is no devices when there is. Update: You all have fixed it. Thank you! This app is back to being the amazing app that it is with unlimited disconnected device sharing!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! Castly and Zelivonic worked wonderfully for a year. When I purchased a new phone, it stopped working and interfaced saying it was a "Goals" and "To Do List" app. Google Play still recognized that my subscription is paid for one year. However, it no longer works. No one will respond to your emails. ZERO stars!!!

I downloaded it, saw it wasn't what I needed, and never activated anything. And yet it started charging all by itself and can't be stopped. If I open the app, it wants me to accept and agree with their terms, which I totally don't want to do. I cannot find a way to stop it. It's not in my manage subscription.. this company is pure fraud! Don't download!

My Hisense TV doesn't always show up on the list of devices able to be cast to, but my Vizio TV always shows up, please please please fix this, casting works with YouTube, Netflix ect, it just doesn't always pop up as an option to cast to

I'm still having trouble. I've paid for the yearly subscription, but after binding the account it keeps on not casting to my tv! I've un installed and re installed and still nothing. Who can I talk to to help fix this matter?

Been using this for over a year. Now all of a sudden it's not working. Both phone and t.v. are connected to the same internet connection. Rebooted everything and even un-installed the app and reinstalled it. All I get is a white screen when try to cast. Email sent and no response yet.
