I'm currently on a premium subscription, they charged me $18.99 and then 2 days later a fradulent $10.99, the old premium price, on the same card. Seems like same issue as what the previous reviewer had. Website all down, unable to unsubscribe from service, FB account not replying to my queries. What is this scam? Anyone else faced the same issue? Update: Managed to get a refund on the double charge and unsubscribe after messaging them on FB! Hope this helps everyone facing the same issue.

Fun app. I really think the developers are on to something. But there are certain things that bug me like how the popsical top 10 weekly somehow never changes. Not sure why. Sometimes the app lags really badly. Is it possible that the server is overloaded? And also, there are times that the song and lyrics speed differ quite a bit when the original video voice is turned off.

Overall setup is easy but here's the catch. Minus-One and song quality could be improved. I mean we pay for monthly subscription and deserves better experience. Instead of getting songs straight from YouTube and convert as is, why not just use it as baseline and create better minus-one/karaoke songs? Most songs suck! Kinda disappointed.

I used to be able to connect seamlessly but some time ago it started to have the "connection timed out problem" on my note 8. I already uninstall and install few times n checked wifi settings and location accuracy high all in order, but still same issue. I hope Popsicle can help to resolve this as i noticed not only me. As for the list of songs, i hope that popsicle can update new songs faster as everytime i tried to submit song request and some song request were not granted..

Exciting concept. Great when it is working but sadly frustrating to use. Keeps showing connection timeout on my Note 9 when trying to pair with Popsical TV. My friends and I were having a karaoke party and those on iphones can't even connect with the party code. I probably just don't know how to use the device properly but the Popsical website is no help at all as I can't find any user guides there. Love the idea. Needs more work.

The new app design is fresh! Pairing finally is stable & working fine in my last karaoke session. App seems sleek & faster. I just wish that the queue circle is available on every page so I can quickly see what I added instead of navigating back to home screen. Maybe bring back history played so I can get back and see what I sang if it's not in my saved playlist. Quite happy with the new app with more room of improvement.

I’ve subscribed to popsical’s services however, the services seems to be failing these days. 1) Unable to find songs that were available in the past 2) The songs in my favorite list are also not available anymore 3) unable to switch from analog to digital The current user experience is making me very upset. I hope this can be resolved ASAP. Thank you
