App crashes every time when attempting to do the AR experience. You can walk around the garage, but whenever you attempt to utilize the camera to "try on" a hat/helmet, the app completely crashes. No error notification. Galaxy Z Fold 5

Apparently there's no reading on the Android app. There's the whole point for me getting the subscription. Bummer, the app seems to be pretty good, but I guess I'll never find out.

It's messy, has no clear structure and is little more than a PR platform. I would like a more in-depth factual insight into what is going on within Williams. Truthful behind-the-scenes stories.

The ads on the pages aren't a great look. For a stand-alone app that's fine, but this is an app that's already basically advertising the team. Asking for location permission just from opening the app from a notification is also bad. I like the team, but these two things together are bad for the brand, and make the app feel borderline malicious.

I like this app but having entered the pitlane predictions fun competition at Belgium, today for the Netherlands something has gone wrong because I cant actually see what Im meant to be predicting. The frame is chopped off top & bottom, and no scroll available. 🤷♀️ Samsung S9 on Android 10 just for info. I have screengrabs but anyone else getting same issue? Other than that, I everything else seems to work well, and interesting content.

Bloat to content ratio needs balancing. Too much bloat, too many notifications (can't seem to change that?) scanning things was glitchy, slow, felt pointless and cumbersome and required external sponsor registration for some parts. There were no benefits unless you did 100%. you could reward at least a wallpaper per scanned item. Ditch all the gamification badge stuff. The actual Williams content is great though.
