Terrible user interface. I'm facing connectivity issues all the time even though the rest of my apps are working perfectly fine. I can't believe I paid ₹1900 for British Council Digital Library membership and now I'm stuck with this. Extremely disappointed.

Good but while reading newspaper you should also provide landscape mode and downloading option also provided when in train it is hard to access the internet

The purpose of an app like this is to read - at least for me. But MyLoft is not suitable for reading on tablets or phones. Opening a magazine (e.g. The Economist), forces you to read in a browser screen. This is slow on opening, slow with browsing, unresponsive, illegible and user unfriendly. Yes, you can zoom, like you would on a badly designed page that you have to read, but you can't read comfortably as you would in an app. You can't navigate well. Worse (well, equally bad), it doesn't work offline. So no taking your magazines with you when you fly. You always need the slow and redundant VPN connection. This app feels more like a proof of concept that shouldn't have made it to a real product than a real app. After RBDigital, I couldn't imagine that the British Council could find a worse library app. I'm sad to say that they have. (PS, @MyLoft, please don't paste your standard response that you're working hard; that's worse than no response).

Worst app. Audio streaming gets stuck at almost every 10-15 minutes. And there is no play all 'one by one' thing. No memory as well - somewhere you got stuck, you need to start all over again! Worst audiobook listening experience ever. With reading it also just keeps on loading & loading, even with 40mbps connection! I wonder what will I do with my one year British Council subscription with this awful app.

The book collection is poor. The UI is painful. What's the point of paying 1800rs if I'm getting a painful UI experience in return. What the hell is this checkout limit? The idea of an online digital library is wonderful. Just the idea won't do any good if you don't have a wonderful collection of books supported by UI experience that's pleasurable. Develop and update. It's taking forever to load one single magazine. Very pathetic.

Honestly British Council, do better. This app is not at all user friendly, it needs to constantly get institutional access, god knows the time it needs to load simple ebooks, can't zoom, isn't compatible. In short, it's the absolute worst. On top of that what's the use of a hecking online library if there's a damned waiting list?? You guys seriously put just 1 copy of good books for loan (not that your collection is good) That's absolute bs. All in all y'all looting people.

Very poor app, when you try to read the magazine it will open in browser and you would not be able to zoom in and have to somehow manage with small letters. I think this is a very basic functionality. Request you to work on it and fix this issue asap.

I fed up with this app. I've never experienced a bad app like this, it taaakes ages to load and after many tries though. Nevertheless, what time I took to understand how to run and to activate the British Council digital library, too long time, which fruitlessly wasted because of your such suck app.Are you kidding us.Uninstall. I don't recommend to anybody. PERIOUD.
