Easy to use application but application is very slow and message notification tune is not available. Having the option of notification tune helps parents get to know about school messages quickly. There is a request to IT team that there should be an option of message notification tune in the application as well. Like it is there in Whatsapp and Facebook.

Need to be secured as monetary transactions are done through this app. Moreover, mostly the data is not available and there is no scope for feedback or contact to either teacher or the Principal. There are many glitches.

I am unable to download the attachment from BBSB app like homework. Getting invalid file path error. However all the permission are provided to the app like storage, camera etc. Resolve this issue ASAP.

this app works very poor. editing my review after one yr,,,this app is still working very poor, most of the time app shows the pop-up massage that, this app is not working.

I use this app that is very useful.and we get all information related to our ward, home work, circular etc. We can say that new generation studies culture.realy appreciate it

It is not useful at all. It always crash and I didn't get information related to my ward as I am unable to open homework tab and switch to my 2nd ward account is not possible and not allowing me to apy fee

This app is not compatible with Android 10. Attachment can't be downloaded and show INVALID FILE PATH. teacher doesn't have manner that how to talk to parents when someone complaint about it.
